The overall facilities were better than expected, with plenty of toilets on each floor and a refrigerator in the assigned room. However, management and cleaning seem minimal, and some of the shared equipment felt a bit neglected.
It was a very affordable price when I booked.
There are 3 major drawbacks to keep in mind:
1. The mattress was still quite thin, which made it hard on my back and body (although it looked like an extra layer had been added compared to the initial setup).
2. Because the property is located right next to the train tracks, the noise and vibrations from passing trains were quite noticeable and disruptive almost constantly, especially when opening the window.
3. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the assigned room upon entering.

The property is in a perfect location to get to and from the airport and has everything you need within walking distance.
