The rooms are nice
The lobby was dirty and there is very little within walking distance

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Saved money on Ubers because we were able to walk to/from the T, which took us to the airport. Front desk during normal hours was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
We had two fire alarms & evacuations back to back in the middle of the night, which revealed some major operations issues. Overnight, only one employee was working, and the doors to the stairwells were all locked. I overheard some of the firefighters say "that can't be legal." Also surprisingly expensive for an airport hotel.

The location was great. I could easily commute to where I had to go because the blue line was quite nearby. Oscar, one of the front desk guys was just awesome. He helped rebooked me when I had to arrive very early and was so helpful with everything. Thank you Oscar, really appreciate you. Breakfast had a good variety and there was free laundry rooms. Small kitchenette in the rooms so i could cook for my son when we didnt want to buy outside food and i loved that there was a microwave too. I did enjoy my stay and would definitely stay again if I'm to come to Boston😀
They charged my card without any communication but it was later sorted at the front desk when I went to ask. Aside that, everything was good

Convenient near airport. Check in was professional and recommended local restaurant.
Bar was closed and breakfast was average. No coffee in lobby (pot not maintained). A airport shuttle was advertised and even an email sent. When I called when I landed they said there hasnt been a shuttle for awhile.
