There was bugs in our first room they give us another room but staff was very poor didn’t even come check the new room

Comfy

I like the different pillows! They label the type they are. Beds so comfy but the door to the bathroom was a barn style and it would lock on me and I couldn’t get out.

Exceptional stay, luxurious hotel that is out of the hustle and bustling city.

Loved the location, it was in a quite area right off the main highway. The Chop Steakhouse was a great feature on site, we loved the restaurant and felt that the overall value exceeded our expecations.

At first there seemed to be a huge wedding party in for the weekend, although this was a bit of a concern for the overall restaurant and amenities experience.. it proved to have no negative effect on our stay. Overall -- there wasnt anything we didnt like about this stay!

Great stay and appreciate the kind staff.

Great location, close to Prairieland Park and downtown.

Pool was very cold and the two restaurants attached had very few vegetarian options.

Bathroom was amazing nice pool hottub very comfy beds liked multiple pillow options was a great touch Chop.and Dennys connected to hotel

clean, comfy beds, air conditioning could use some upgrading

comfy bedding, good location close to a wedding we were at, bathrooms were quite nice with lots of space for a couple. couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly so was very hot all night

air conditioning wasn’t working so didn’t sleep well

Exceptional

The staff was extremely friendly, my room was clean and the soaker tub was amazing. It’s worth the extra couple of bucks to stay here. Having Chop so close was an added bonus, the food is unreal.

the chop steakhouse is right there!

room seemed a little too warm. being on the 3rd floor probably didn’t help seeing as heat rises. but it was -30 outside and was great full for it being so nice and warm

we tried to go swimming twice and the pool was closed both times when we got there. we checked before and it was open, but when we got down to the pool it was closed again
