We had a fantastic stay here - the accommodation was perfect in so many ways! The location is excellent and very central. We could walk into the main square in an easy, very flat, 10 minutes, and it was also incredibly convenient for the collection points for the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tours (the collection point we used was called 'Wielopole 2, 31-072 Krakow') which was around a 5-minute walk away. There are also lots of little shops nearby, which made it really easy to pick up anything we needed to use in the kitchen area. The accommodation itself is stunning. It’s fresh, modern but also really cozy and warm. The bathroom in particular is absolutely massive! Travelling with my partner and my mother-in-law, this was so much better than booking a hotel. Having the sofa area and dining table meant we could all relax together, while the bedrooms/bathrooms being positioned at separate ends of the accomodation meant we could get ready or shower without disturbing each other. The beds were also really comfortable, and the whole place was lovely and peaceful and quiet. The host was fantastic - very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to leave our bags at the accommodation much later on check-out day, which was really appreciated as our flight wasn’t until 8pm. For anyone travelling from Krakow Airport, we ended up getting an Uber directly to the accommodation, which cost around £11 and took approximately 25 minutes. We had originally planned to get the train, which would also have been very easy as the train station is only a few minutes’ walk away. However, with three of us travelling, the taxi actually worked out cheaper than buying three train tickets! Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We have already recommended you to family and friends and will be rebooking ourselves.

If I had one small piece of constructive feedback, it would just be to provide a few extra pillows. The one pillow was a little too flat for my mother-in-law, so she ended up using one of the sofa cushions as well. Having a couple of spare pillows in one of the wardrobes would be a great addition

The location was within walking distance to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. We walked to and from our activities with the exception of a trip to and from the airport and tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. The building was quiet and the kitchen was adequately stocked with essentials. Coffee was supplied. The addition of a washer/dryer was wonderful . The instructions for it’s use was a bit confusing but we figured out the Polish. Detergent was supplied also.

The dust bunnies in most corners. I had to pull the sofa away from the wall to retrieve a battery. The collection of “stuff” underneath indicated that it had not been swept for quite some time. No dish soap. Had to use the had soap from the bathroom.

The property was very nicely decorated, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were short a couple of towels and they were brought very quickly. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The property was within easy walking distance of everything wanted to see. I would stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends traveling to Krakow.

​Nota dolente rimane la sistemazione per sei persone. Le due camere matrimoniali erano adeguate, ma il divano letto ha presentato qualche problema: era sporco, non era stato preparato all'arrivo, abbiamo provveduto personalmente. Le lenzuola non erano di misura corretta, (erano strette e non coprivano il divano)ciò ha creato qualche disagio al soggiorno.
