view and location are absolutely amazing safe/gated

the bed, the sofa - furniture is quite uncomfortable sheets and bedding need to be replaced/should have extras

Moldy shower curtain, pots and pans with scratched Teflon, bad knives, burned cookie sheet and floor was not swept.

room has a great view of the beach,room and kitchen area was clean. The whole property was quiet after dark no people running down the hallway making noise as is typical with some hotels.

The wife and myself completely enjoyed our stay at 909 and more than likely will be a repeat customer. In my honest opinion though it is a little pricey considering that it has a 100.00 cleaning fee tacked on to the nightly stay price. and the renter is required to take the trash out to the collection spot down the hallway and wash the dishes and load the dishwasher and strip the beds before leaving.

Elevators are slow and seem a little old but overall really excellent place for a quiet, relaxing get away.
