One of the best accommodations we’ve had in our two-week trip all the way from Texas. For pax of 10, I certainly would recommend this place, and for our family, how we wish we could stay for another day to relax and enjoy.

Great size home with plenty of beds and restrooms to match. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the linens. Easy check in and out process and the location was nice and quiet with easy access to amenities. The house was somewhat clean; however, the master restroom floors and shower were still dirty (hair in the shower, floors and rugs were dirty) and the rug was sticky in front of one of the sinks. The doors in the master suite didn’t close well, nor did the restroom door for the master. The handle was broken as well.

If you have a large group this is an excellent place to stay. There are plenty of beds and baths available. Very close to restaurants, shops, and downtown Knoxville. Quiet neighborhood. Great location.
