Mattress wasn’t too comfy but it was OK

Moja drugi pobyt i ponownie wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Amazing location, just a few steps to the old town and all the attractions.

No information was sent beforehand. We arrived past 4 pm (check-in time), there was still a cleaner in the apartment, she didn't let us in and was very rude. We tried to call with the number provided but no one answered multiple times, we received a message that everything will be sorted in 5 mins. After an hour and many unanswered calls we finally received the information that the apartment is ready and how to get into underground parking. The parking space was occupied, no one answered our calls again, we had to park on the street (paid parking). Absolute nightmare! The apartment as well as mismanaged, was left filthy, we had to do some cleaning just to be able to stay. Also the bed is super uncomfortable and small, as well as the duvet and pillows, like from a Barbie house. Not recommended!
