The location is absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the city. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and soft, and we loved coffee in the room.

Since the bathroom was separate from the room, it was quite inconvenient to constantly put on and take off our shoes. Having disposable slippers would be a great addition. Also, there was only one key for the room, making it a bit noisy to unlock one door just to go and lock the bathroom. However, we knew what we were booking.

Location was fantastic - very close to both the car park (important given how difficult it is to park in Bruges) and the town centre. The room was big. We stayded on the top floor so also had a nice view from the window. Although the layout was a bit surprising, the bathroow was big and had everything we needed, and the bedroom was very spacious, had a big table and the kettle/tea/coffe facilities and a little fridge on the side, and it was furnished in a traditional way. The host was responsive and kind, when I was looking for the sheets for the 3rd bed and called him for help, he answered straight away and advised where to look for them.

I was a bit surprised by the layout of the appartment with the entrance door leading to the bathroom, and only the door from the bathroom leading to the bedroom. But I guess this is the architecture and charm of the old buildings in Bruges, and it added to our experience of the visit...

The location is superb, very close to restaurants and sights of the old city. Parking garage very close by. Comfortable beds, nice shower, everything very clean.

A shelf in the shower for own soap and shampoo would be nice.

The property itself was lovely and at a great location.

The ad advised there was parking and a reservation was not required. I think this is a very misleading way to word it as we spent 40 minutes trying to find a space to park in as all of the spaces were taken. We then received a €40 fine for parking in an area that did not state we could not park in. I messaged the host earlier on in the day to confirm parking… they never got back to us. Although the apartment itself was lovely, this made the stay very stressful. If you are planning on arriving via car, especially on a weekend… good luck!
