The home can definitely hold 5+ people very comfortably. We booked this for a bachelor party originally with 6 people that went down to 3 people. The 4 bedrooms all had their own full bathrooms, which was very convenient, as well as a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen was fully stocked for the few times we wanted to have meals in, and the location was incredible. Although our unit was on the first floor with street access, the neighborhood felt very safe and the street facing windows had thick curtains for privacy. The manager of the Vrbo was very attentive and a wonderful resource for all things around the plateau if our plans changed at the last minute. Overall amazing experience and the condo was one of the best parts of our trip

Large property with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A large kitchen and dedicated parking. I stayed in the front room by the street and it was quiet. The property has very good sound proofing. The showers have amazing shower heads that I need to get for my home. The neighborhood is very nice and busy. Very good to do shopping and eat food. I high recommend this place.

This property was great for our family stay with lots of space for all of us (6 adults, a 5 year old and a 1 year old). The apartment was well equipped. It was a great location in a lovely neighbourhood and close to the Metro. The apartment itself was a little dark but that's just the nature of a ground floor space.

Overall acceptable. Disappointed that sheets on one of the beds was not clean and had stains. Appeared to not have been washed or changed after used by the last guests. Both spare pillows in another bedroom also had stains. Probably will not return because of this reason.

Fantastic unit. Very clean and well stocked. Great location lots of shops and restaurants in the area and easy access to the metro to get downtown or to old Montreal. Would highly recommend fir anyone visiting Montreal.

We were very pleased with the apartment and highly recommend it. Easy access to public transit and all amenities, walkable neighbourhood, quiet building despite location on a busy street. Perfect for large families or group of friends. Child friendly.

This was a great apartment to stay in. We had a group of 10 and it was plenty spacious. We had no issues with the stay and checking in and out was a breeze. The neighborhood is great: close to the metro, easy access to Uber’s, and plenty of food options within walking distance. Would recommend!

This property was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, organized, loaded with the essentials (from toilet paper to a lemon peeler), everything you would expect a ‘very nice’ place to have. The location was perfect, nice neighborhood, close to the Metro, Uber friendly street, close to restaurants, markets, shopping, and anything one could desire. The Host’s had us well prepared before arrival with complete details on the property from WiFi operation to closest hospital, and events happening around Montreal during our stay. With a family of 9, we all had adequate bedding, towels, bathrooms and living comfort. This property definitely pushes the limits of deserving a Sixth Star. CCK

Bernhard and Frederique were fantastic hosts and extremely responsive with any questions we had. Each person had their own bathroom and bedroom each uniquely decorated as well as clean making it a pleasure to stay in or venture out to the many restaurants/shops within walking distance.

Owners are great and responsive! We enjoyed our stay. Great cafes and plentiful unique shopping nearby. We came for Jazz Fest and got to hear great jazz at the Place de Arts and experience a fun, lively and diverse neighborhood. Thank you.

Traveling with handicap child, 2 caregivers, husband and a huge oversized van with lift and tons of equipment for child can be daunting. We’re very picky on location, decor, cleanliness and well, just about everything since we don’t get to travel like most folks or as often. I had been communicating with Frederique for months as we were looking for a different place to travel instead of our regular beach vacation. We connected right away and I knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. On arrival it was difficult to unload the van of it’s many contents especially on the Main Street. Found out later that we could have done it in the alley right behind and that’s what we did on way out. In addition, I’m very skeptical about parking that van just anywhere. Frederique has an “ in” with the dude that watches over a private parking lot within a half block for a nominal fee. We became fast friends with him as we parked the van there the entire week because you’re within walking distance of the best attractions as well as the finest restaurants. We also used the metro by buying a 3 day pass and all of us used those passes since we all weren’t out of the apt at the same time. The owners felt so badly for us for having to unload all the wheelchair stuff, Dear Bernhardt came and built us a temporary ramp out the back deck. Couldn’t ask for more accommodating folks. There was plenty of room in this apartment to wheel our girl around and everyone was super happy with their own private rooms and baths. Three of the showers were cool capsules which had water jets. We needed to bathe our girl in the master tub, however, cause her shower chair wouldn’t go in the capsule. Glad there was a handheld sprayer in the tub. Sheets for the beds were nice white cotton as well as the many towels. Not to worry, there is a washer and dryer to clean anything you soil. Also, if you’re cooking on site there are plenty of utensils, pans and we loved the fact that the wine glasses weren’t cheap. Did I mention that we are picky? Lighting in the place was good and we so enjoyed the outside patio. Once there and before arrival, we were given a list of restaurants to try. You cannot have a bad meal in Montreal. Well, at least we didn’t and we especially loved the byob places that were more than accommodating to bring us ice buckets for many bottles of wine. Highly recommend staying with these folks as they understand the traveler and they try to accommodate requests. Hope we can get back

This unit had the best of the old and the new. The exposed brick walls gave you a sense of the history prior to restoration, but all new modern fixtures and appliances made it convenient. The host responded immediately to questions. I would recommend this unit.

Bathroom showers were great

I recently stayed in this property while attending a conference in Montreal with some colleagues. The apartment was fantastic - so clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the separate bedrooms and our own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was super quiet. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping along St. Denis and Saint Laurent. The metro is about a 5 minute walk - I could leave the apartment and get to my conference at the Palais Congress in 10 minutes - that includes walking to the metro! I would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay, especially if you have more than a couple of people, are needing or wanting separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and you want kitchen and laundry facilities. I will definitely be back here on my next trip to Montreal if it is still available. Kelli

There were 13 of us in total and we were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of space that there was. While 4 people had to share sofa beds, they were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens, blankets, etc. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (4 bathrooms total) which was great for a large group. The kitchen was also well-equipped to cook a dinner for a big group, and the place itself was extremely clean. While we were there during one of the coldest weeks of the year, it did not matter as the neighborhood has many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars a short walking distance away. There were also many grocery and wine store options right around the corner, as well as a close metro stop for when you want to explore a different part of the city. All in all, I would say this place is great for a group of friends or couples, and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location & amenities within the property; however, quiet time of 10 pm to 7 am is not always observed by the tenants upstairs. It might be worthwhile documenting a reminder in the folder that when you have a need to take the rubbish outside the gate that the orange cone be used to prevent the gate from closing; otherwise it can be a long walk back to the front as the gate opens out one way only. We walked everywhere from 4326 Rue St. Denis to downtown Montreal each day and it was pretty straight forward. Otherwise it has been an enjoyable stay.

We were 2 families (9 in total) and stayed in this cute apartment for 2 nights. We loved that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Very conveniently situated. Finding a private parking lot was fairly easy as suggested by the owners. However the parking lot manager charged us the same $$ amount in US currency as the stated amount in Canadian currency - rip off. Apparently, this is true in many other parts of Montreal. It helps to carry Canadian currency from the very start. That apart, we loved visiting Montreal and hope to go back again soon!

We stayed at this property for a girls weekend and it was better than expected. The apartment was immaculate. The location was great with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Frederique was more than accommodating and unbelievably kind. All of us agreed we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week during a 3-generation, family vacation. This apartment is exactly as pictured and was immaculately clean upon arriving. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The shower there has pretty much ruined me for mine at home. The wifi was reliable and able to handle multiple users at one time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. All appliances held up to the demands of 8 people. The private patio space is a nice touch, as well. We stayed on the first floor- upstairs noise is audible but shouldn't be a problem as long as guests respect the 10pm quiet hours. As hosts, Frederique and Bernhard provided the most detailed welcome packet that I've ever encountered (and we've stayed in apts. in London, Rome, and Paris)- it outlined everything about the apartment and also provided tips on things to do/places to eat while in town). Frederique was particularly responsive and thorough in response to questions, both before and during our stay. The neighborhood is vibrant and excellently located. You are a few minutes walk from anything you could need- the metro, Mont Royal park and the market were less than 10 minutes away. Additionally, there are a myriad of restaurants, brasseries, and unique shops within easy walking distance. This will be the only place I would stay if I am lucky enough to come back.
