We had such a great time here. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean. Very easy to find!

More than anything we really enjoyed the balcony and the views. The whole condo was very comfortable and nicely done with furnishings (from beds to tableware). We used the grill as well. I would like to suggest a ceiling fan for the balcony. The last two nights there the people above us in #1032 were very rude and noisy, but we just ignored them and tried to enjoy our remaining days. We cant wait to do it again. Thank you so much.

Loved the view from this unit. Condo was clean and stocked. Walk-In was a plus for aged 65+ couples! Property managers were quick to respond to our questions.

Property fit our needs. We would have appreciated knowing that the condo does not supply pool towels. Also would have liked to know that there weren't any seasonings, other than salt and pepper, even ones left by previous renters. Had to purchase a couple for meal preparation and had to purchase foil and saran wrap. This is the first time we have run into a condo not having those items. Other than that, the condo met our needs.

We have stayed in SOB Managed properties for several years. If they are listed you can be sure it will be a nice place to stay.

Second stay at this condo. The deck is brand new a huge improvement from last year. Kitchen needs square baking pans. Condo could use a good deep cleaning. Rather dusty. Food under the couch. Furniture is feeling its age, not comfortable. Blinds are missing slats in the living room.

Beautiful Condo and great view of the lake. Had all we could need. Beds are very comfy. Patio needs a few small repairs but this is minor to the overall enjoyment of the condo

We did not enjoy balcony being dirty and full of spiders. This is definitely a rental only. Washed dirty dishes in cabinet. Furniture is worn. Couch was saggy. Coffee table was very worn with glass rings. Was told to close blinds to balcony but couldn't due to being broken. Outside fan broken. The view was perfect if balcony was clean. Could overlook the rest.

Our friends and I love staying at the Ledges and find this two BR condo perfect for our stays. This condo was clean on the inside but deck needed a good cleaning and few other minor fixes to make it a perfect stay!

Easy self check in. Clean and quiet. Abundant and convenient parking. A bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the balcony area. Screening left laying on the balcony and although there was a dust pan out there it didn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time. Quick response from rental company. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Good quality for the cost. Overall the location was great and I would likely stay there again.

Dogwood Days at the Lake
I decided to take the wife & my mom to the lake during spring. This condo has easy access from the parking lot & the views of the main channel off the deck are the best. Easy check in along with all the necessities being provided made the stay that much more stress free & enjoyable. Location is also close to several nearby restaurants, stores & other places to enjoy. The Lake of the Ozarks State Park is within a 5 minute drive & offers some of the best hiking trails in the area in my opinion.
