DUPLEX WAS CLEAN, BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WHILE THERE. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! ALREADY BOOKED FOR 2024!

I can attest that all the positive reviews on this property are true! My wife and I, along our 23 year old daughter, her boyfriend, and their 80 pound furry son spent a week in Shorebreak Right and it was wonderful. The words that come to mind to describe the property are: Clean, comfortable, quiet, private, relaxing, well-maintained, well-equipped, fresh, bright, and perfectly located. Check-in was easy and communication was great. The deck overlooks the beach and is a wonderful place to hang out and have morning coffee. The deck is high enough to see over the dunes and give a nice view, and has gates to keep kids (furry and otherwise) safe. The beach itself is so close you really don't need to setup a beach umbrella, as it's easy to get back to the condo. And even though it's a duplex, we didn't hear or see the neighbors other than when they were coming or going. We made all but two dinners in the kitchen and on the grill, and found everything we needed to do it exactly where you'd expect it to be. We also did a bit of laundry in the washer and dryer which was handy. All of the appliances including the grill were very new and worked perfectly. With the wind, salt air, and sun, it's a pretty big effort to maintain a house that is right on the ocean, but they do it for this place. Everything like plumbing, switches & lights, doors, worked as they should. The provided hose for rinsing the salt air off the vehicles was a nice touch as well. Bottom line - we'll be back!

I love this property. I stayed on the other side of the duplex in 2022 and loved it; and my stay in the other side was just as great. It is hard to find 2 bedrooms on the beach that are not condos. This is a great option!

We really enjoyed our stay at the oceanfront cottage. The location on the beach is perfect. We enjoyed walks on the beach everyday (with our dog of course) and sitting on the deck watching the ocean. The condo had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked so that we could occasionally easily cook a meal at home. We will definitely book again! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!!

Shorebreak Right is a wonderful beach rental. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the chair in the corner of the living room each morning while drinking my coffee and watching the waves. The kitchen is very well stocked, the best I have ever had with a vacation rental which really gave ease to our trip with cooking dinners at home. The location of the rental is perfect. Not too far from anything and you can go up one block to hop on the bike/walking trails. It is very easy to access the beach. We brought a beach wagon because we have two small children and didn’t even need it because it was so easy to get on the beach. The house was also very quiet even with being attached to Shorebreak Left. We never heard the other renters. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Emerald Isle!

This was our second spring break here! It’s absolutely perfect! It is located on a nice quiet spot on the beach. The deck is the perfect place for coffee, relaxing, and chatting with the ocean right there. The house is clean and cute with all the things you need to cook, relax, or play on the beach. The owner Nicole and the couple she has locally to help are all so responsive and friendly! Loved it and would absolutely rent again! Thanks!

Gorgeous property inside and out! Loved the ocean view, and it's literally just steps to the ocean. Duplex itself was very quiet, excellent soundproofing, good privacy partitions on the ocean-side porch. Super comfortable patio/porch furniture. Lovely interior rooms, very comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, comfortable king bed, Nice to have a gas grill (we brought the gas cannisters with us) outside under the house with a picnic table! And an extra perk was having a hose to wash off our car on the driveway (as there's lots of salt spray right there oceanfront). Nicole is an excellent, responsive host with great communication. We loved staying at this vacation home in Emerald Isle!

This is a very comfortable and relaxing place to be on the beach. Quiet neighborhood and imaculate property. We've already booked a longer stay for next year.

Shorebreak is a great place to stay for a quiet getaway. We spent the week watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets and traveled to nearby towns of Swansboro and Beaufort for sightseeing. Shorebreak is beautifully decorated and maintained and is a very comfortable rental. We will go back.

Everything about Shorebreak was great. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was just about as well appointed as my own so it was easy to prepare meals and snacks, but there was also information about places to eat out. The washer/dryer were great. It had easy access to the beach. The deck is furnished with tables and chairs that allow you to see the ocean/beach above the railing. And one service that I really appreciated was the trash and recycling bins were taken to the curb on the appropriate days and all I had to do was pull them back up after they were emptied . . . small but very helpful. The owners and property manager were very accessible. I’m already looking forward to my stay next year!

Not only did the house meet, but it exceeded our expectations. This was literally the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The views can't be explained, you need to see it first hand. We could not have asked for anything more, we will definitely be going back.

This lovely space was perfect for two adults. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Well-appointed kitchen. Lovely location. I couldn't have designed a better spot for us to just chill out and recover from an overly busy fall. Before we left we booked a week for next year. That should tell you how we felt about our stay.

Shorebreak is a modern, well maintained duplex with the full range of amenities. On the oceanfront with immediate access to a wide, beautiful beach, it is an ideal getaway. We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week and hope to return again.

Everything was perfect about this home directly on the beach. It was very comfortable and was well equipped with anything you would need. I would stay here again.

Owners have clearly invested in home to assure guests a comfortable and secure vacation experience. Upgraded kitchen and baths, new appliances, ceiling fans, deck furniture and TVs as well many convenient outlets including usb ports all add positively to the stay. We'll be back!

Well stocked kitchen, great amenities such as beach chairs and towels, linens etc, location is great. Outstanding communication from owners. This unit allows pets and unfortunately that is the only negative for me because there was a lot of pet hair everywhere.

Very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the dog friendliness. Nicole thought of every convenience and amenity. The view is absolutely beautiful and sitting on the deck was just like sitting on the beach. We loved it and will probably stay there again.

This is our second year renting from Nicole and Mike, we love this home and can't wait to go back. They take excellent care of the house and have everything you could need. The check-in / out process is seamless with a keyless entry. Communication from Nicole as the owner is prompt and professional. Communication from Monique the property manager is also prompt and professional. If you are looking for a family vacation where you can walk off your deck and be on the beach this is the place. This was our 7th trip to Shorebreak. We've loved every trip, during all seasons. Life is easy at Shorebreak from check-in to check-out. Our teens are getting older, so we're outgrowing it for now... but it's not good-bye... just see you later.

This was our second stay at Shorebreak, and it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and is well stocked with everything you may need for a beach vacation. Communication with Nicole was excellent as it was previously; she is quick to respond to anything and provides an excellent email ahead of the visit to help prepare/plan. Our family loved spending time on what seems like a private beach mainly to ourselves, and the water was a perfect temperature to cool off. We enjoyed using the beach games/toys available for sand castles and bocce ball throughout the week. The house is well stocked with puzzles/games for any rainy days, and we took the recommendation from Nicole to check out the Aquarium just down the road which was fun during some poor weather. Finally, we made several visits to Captain Willis for some fresh seafood that we grilled at the property while also taking one evening out for a lovely dinner at Kathryn's Bistro. We love visiting Emerald Isle, and Shorebreak (Right or Left) is a perfect place to stay. We've already booked again for next year!

Exceeded all expectations! We can't wait to go back. The property and the immeadiate area/island were exactly what we needed for a change of pace.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything you could possibly need or want and then some! It was very clean, which is a major plus in our book. The location was perfect! We loved having “our own private beach”! We even got to see the dolphins one morning! Would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to revisit again ourselves!
