We wanted to pick this house up and take it home. Comfy beds, fun layout, plenty of privacy and family space. Great outdoor space, well-stocked kitchen and pantry. Will absolutely stay again.

The home is wonderful with all the comforts of home. The only negative comment is the road noise, but the owners can't do anything about that issue. If our son chooses the UofA for college, we will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our girls' getaway weekend. It was pristine & well-decorated, just like in the photos. We really enjoyed hanging out in the various outdoor spaces. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here if I ever visit Fayetteville again.

We had a short mid week trip to Fayetteville to stay with our daughter who was having a minor surgery. The property was clean. Check in process was easy-the code given to us before check in didn’t work, but property management was on top of things and got us a new code without delay. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need for utensils, dinnerware, etc. The bedrooms were roomy and the mattresses were comfy. The only criticism I have of the property, and it’s very minor, is the uncovered transom windows. The sun comes in bright and early! Great property and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great house for a group of friends to hang out. Pretty quiet neighborhood and an easy Lyft ride to most places. Large open kitchen floorpan and both upstairs balcony and downstairs patios were excellent for socializing. Would def stay here again.

This place is great! 3 different outdoor seating areas, 3 cute and comfy bedrooms with great bathrooms, wonderful kitchen and seating area, and within walking distance to several restaurants. Attached parking was great too!
My son was visiting of U of A on a tour. This was a perfect launching spot for our visit. So modern and fun - great vibes!

We absolutely loved our experience! The home had everything a family of 6 needed plus so much more! We loved the easy access to the square and we actually even walked from the campus back one day with no problems or kids complaining 😀 The patio was also very enjoyable to sit and relax in the evenings! We can't wait for our next visit!

Wonderful home, location, and host! We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our long weekend getaway. The Local is within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee spots. Looks just like the pictures, a very relaxing space indoors and out. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly location for a visit with the college kiddos. We were in walking distance to downtown and close enough for the “emerging adults” to pop in and visit. Great communication and will definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great location. We stayed for two days and never had to get in the car. We walked to the square for lunch and then to the football stadium. It's decorated super cute too. We'll be back!

We were in town for university of Arkansas family weekend. It was such a great stay. The property is very very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The location is central to the Square and walking distance to the University. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for family weekend!

Fantastic weekend
Hate to give this property a glowing review for fear that we'll be unable to get a reservation again :)! The house is wonderfully comfortable in every way!!! Every inch of space is well used and thoughtfully planned out. We loved staying in as much as we enjoyed going out. The property manager responded immediately when we had questions and even sent a workman over to replace an empty propane tank and fix the outdoor porch lights. Cannot wait to come back-one of our top rental experiences!!!

Overall Great Property
The house had not been cleaned wen we arrived. It took about 4 hours before that was resolved. The property was great. Super location, beautiful home.
