Keuka Lake has always held a special spot in our hearts but this trip exceeded all expectations and it started with the property on the lake. Lots of space for our family and friends. Steve was overly accommodating and his property is stunning. We can’t wait to come back!

Everyone enjoyed their stay at the lake house, and there's something for everyone.....whether you're looking to do everything or nothing. We're returning a few weeks and will leave a more complete review then. The only things that stand out to me are: - be sure to bring some water shoes if you have tender feet - almost everything you could possibly need was provided, the only thing you may need to bring is washcloths - There are multiple coffee pots to choose from, but if you use the Keurig and use the compostable pods you will need the special adapter disk or the pods will not work. - everyone agreed that the ice machine in the kitchen was a welcome surprise

Wonderful place for our family of 10 that included 4 toddlers. Walk-in beach area and plenty of water toys were enjoyed by all. Visited Glenn Curtis museum and went to movie theatre when air quality affected outdoor activities.

When you see a listing like this, even with great reviews and awesome pictures, the assumption is that it’s too good to be true. In this case, everything was as advertised. Steves house is clean, stocked, comfortable and updated. Other than the downstairs bathroom being a little on the small side, there was plenty of room for 6 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs. Being this adjacent to the lake is truly incredible; very few stairs to navigate and enough lighting to get up and down at nighttime to enjoy the fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boats, canoes, and provided life jackets made this a true waterfront playground for our kids. And as chaotic as it can get with that many people, the primary spaces (kitchen/living room/deck) made it easy to convene everyone for meals. Multiple options for grilling on the back driveway kept things nice and separate from the kids, which was great for meal prep. It should also be noted that this side of the lake gets incredible sunsets, which we enjoyed watching over meals on the deck or out by the fire. Overall, this was a wonderful home with thoughtful touches that we would absolutely enjoy again. Thanks so much Steve!

Awesome house and property. Lakeside view and seating area priceless. Wish grass was trimmed in seating area down by the lake, but that would be my only major criticism. Updates in house are perfect for a great stay. Utilized kitchen, lake toys, 2 larger bedrooms. Parking super easy as well.

Our group had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There was a lot to do in the area (who knew that the Finger Lakes is wine country?!) but we spent more time than expected at the house, because the view of the lake is so beautiful! The kayaks and SUPs that come with the rental were a lot of fun. The property was spotless and communication from the property manager was excellent, including not just instructions for how to use the premises, but also tips for fun places to eat or visit in the area. One of the best parts for us was that the rental is dog friendly, so we were able to have our dogs with us. (They enjoyed the lake, too!) We would definitely stay again and recommend to any group looking for a clean. comfortable stay in a beautiful waterfront location.

We had a great stay at the property. The accommodations fit our group perfectly, and the local recommendations provided by the hosts did not disappoint.

We met up with family for the Easter Holiday at the lake. The location of this home is great and the house itself is perfect for families with kids. We love it so much we are repeat visitors! The weather was a little chilly but didn’t keep the kids out of the canoe and on the lake. Beautiful views from sitting around the fire pit. All and all another great stay!

This property is amazing and exactly as advertised. The wide lot with the grassy fire pit area was a favorite hang out spot. Looking out across the water at the bluff with all of the fall colors was exactly why we came. The inside of the house was beautifully updated and had everything we needed; fully stocked. The house sits off of the main highway so we were able to take 2+ mile walks daily with our dog on flat terrain with virtually zero cars. It’s centrally located by many vineyards and sits between the downtowns of Hammondsport and Penn Yan. Steve, the owner, was great and provided us with a thorough “hand book” outlining much of this and additional FAQs about the property. This is our sixth time up to the FL and we highly recommend this property!

What an absolute gem!! Stayed 4 nights early October with 3 other couples. House is beautiful and had plenty of space for us. The outdoor area by the shoreline was awesome, fire pit with plenty of seats to check out the fall colors. Caught some smallmouth bass off the dock...and watched four of our group on separate mornings jump off the dock, even though water temp was 57 and air temp 45 :) Steve the owner was readily available and offered plenty of tips. We will be looking to book again, just a great place!!

This house is exactly as the photo shows. Extremely well designed, totally updated. Beautiful views, lots of outdoor space. Gorgeous beachfront which is easily accessible. Comfortable beds which is some thing we have never found during previous stays. The location is perfect with easy drives to both Penn Yan in the north and Hammondsport in the south. The spiral stairs are a little tricky to navigate but you can also easily use the outdoor stairs for the same purpose. We would absolutely request another stay here in the future!

Everything was exactly as advertised.

This property was very nice for our group of four. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings are quite nice. The location on the lake was ideal to kayak and paddle board, as well as canoe. All of those were available at the rental. Only suggestion I have would be the addition of some replacement pots and pans. We tend to eat in more than eat out, so those would have been helpful. Regardless, we highly recommend this property.

Whenever you look at a booking like this online, even with positive reviews, you are skeptical that the house will be as good as the pictures are. This house was. There was plenty of room for 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids and 3 labradors, too!) The location was outstanding. Being lakefront was absolutely amazing. Getting to walk out the door and be right at the lake was so worth it. The paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, and loungers in the water. The fire pit area with all the chairs. It was all just so perfect. We had so many of our meals sitting out on the deck, overlooking the lake, enjoying the sunsets. Everything you could need (unless you want a muffin pan, like I did, so I got one at the grocery store) was there). Enough dishes, marshmallow roasting sticks, cookware, all of it. It was all there. More towels and beach towels than you could use. The fishing off the end off the dock was great too. We caught (and released) a lot of fish. Olneys shop, about a mile south of the house, has bait. Cam’s pizza in Penn Yan was delicious! Like other reviews have said, the spiral stairs were frustrating, but I found that going down the stairs backwards make it easier. My kids laughed at me for that. Oh, and if there had been a towel holder/hooks in the upstairs bathroom, that would have made it easier with all the kids. But those are my only critiques. It was fabulous otherwise! We would love to stay again!

We had a great experience!

We had ten adults and two toddlers on our family vacation. The property is beautiful with a large amount of lake frontage. The space allows everyone to do their own thing and enjoy the lake. There were lots of lake toys to enjoy, great seating, and life vests to take care of the group. The inside is super spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything we could have wanted, we had! Steve was always a quick text away if we had a question, and was upbeat and very pleasant. The spiral staircase was a little tricky, but we got used to it quickly. My three sons are all 6’3 and they managed fine. My kids told me that the house was a “home run!” We created lots of special memories on the trip, it was perfect!

Truly everything was great. I met the cleaning staff as they were leaving and they were super friendly and helpful. The neighbors came over within 20 minutes to help bring the boat in to dock as it was quite windy. Thank you Chris and Mike!!! The place is perfect and spacious. Fun land and water toys to choose from. I can't think of anything at all we did not like and appreciate. Steve was very responsive and we had a really nice stay! We would definitely book again.

Great house located on the East {sunset} side of the lake. Great wide beach area good for the little ones and the dog to swim. House furnished with everything you need and is all top quality.

We had a lovely stay here.we had hoped to rent it for next year, but it is already booked . The only warning to potential guests , Is the circular staircase to the lower 2 bedrooms is VERY tight. You have to proceed very carefully. Luckily you can access the 2 bedrooms thru an out door lower entrance thru the front lower bedroom Steve the owner is wonderful, and very quick to answer all questions I would recommend this place.
