My daughter left her school bag with laptop in it, but the owner was very kind and safely kept it and handed it back to us at night. Thanks so much!
The hot shower was a bit cold probably due to cold raining day.

Proximity
No shelter for residents to walk out from the gate, and it is so narrow you can’t carry an umbrella, poorly designed

The room is spacious and clean. Pretty comfortable. There is also a nice city view from the room.
With RM350 per night (sufficient to book a lot of good hotels such as St. Giles), I have higher expectations of the stay. But the furniture is quite old, and the facilities (gyms, swimming pool, and lifts) are not maintained properly.
I will not come back the second time because it's simply too expensive for what it is.
