We loved our stay here! So much better than a hotel room as it comes with kayaks, bikes, cornhole, and amazing sunsets from your own private dock. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything you need is found within this updated and very clean RV. There were even fresh cut flowers in a vase! Close to beautiful beaches that you can walk or bike to and a swimming pool just around the corner. Would highly recommend!!

Great location on the bay and within walking distance of the beach. RV is supplied with all the cooking needs, games, gated large porch with outside dining, plenty of seating, solo deck for fishing out on the bay, kayaks, bikes and more! Great for small family gathering and couples. We were impressed with the little space because it felt much bigger and we didn’t need for much. The owner was very hospitable and available. Can’t wait to come back.

This was an amazing experience. The deck had a lot of spiderwebs but other than that it was perfect. We will be back!

We had such a great time staying at this bay-side bungalow! It was perfect for our family of three and our daughters first trip to the beach. It might be a small place, but it definitely doesn't feel like it. Bright, clean, and what appears to be newly redone. If you have a young child coming with you, a pack and play will fit comfortably next to the bed in the little closet area. We were able to use the beach chairs and went out on the kayaks. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Being so close to the second pool and laundry was an added bonus. The community is gated, so it also felt very safe and prevented others from our group staying in another house from popping in unexpectedly :D. The host's hospitality was amazing, very communicative, and clear instructions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were very happy with our stay. The bed along with pull out sofa were very comfortable and property was very well kept along with lots of cute touches to make it feel like home. We will definitely be back when we visit Sandbridge again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Just as the listing showed - the cottage was very clean and incredibly well-equipped. The gated RV resort community was a delightful, clean, safe area where residents are friendly. It's just a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the extra amenities like having basic toiletries available. The hand-written welcome note was a sweet touch. Megan also provides bikes and kayaks, which we enjoyed - highly recommended having a paddle around off of the dock behind the house. Megan is a wonderful hostess - she's very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this really cute cottage for my birthday weekend. The layout of the cottage cleverly utilized the available space so that it did not feel cramped. The outdoor porches and dock were spacious and provided great additional living spaces and water views. The weather was cool and sometimes rainy, and we enjoyed relaxing in the mornings and evenings in the twin recliners in front of the crackling gas fireplace. We especially appreciated all of the many extras that the owner included, in particular the bikes. The RV resort neighborhood was quiet and well maintained, and folks were friendly when we were out walking or cycling. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at many rental properties and this was one of the best - it was just exactly what we needed for the two of us! Located right on the water with so many seating options outside - Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, a large seating table with chairs...it was so nice to sit and relax and watch the birds and do a little fishing off the lower deck! Our hosts thought of everything and then some...it is the little details that make a big difference, right down to the fresh flowers they left for us! They had bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, bug spray, coffee, charging stations, plenty of plugs and USB plugs, hangers, and even soap and shampoo for us to use! The fireplace took the chill off at night and the bed is soooo super comfy and the place was so clean and smelled wonderful! Perfect location - the neighbors were all super friendly and it is nice and quiet and close to the beach. We absolutely loved it and could not have asked for anything more! They responded to our texts immediately, although we did not really need anything, it was all there!

Had a great time with my husband on our anniversary trip this year. The little cottage was the perfect place to just be with each other. The weather could have been alittle better but that is the chance you take during hurricane season. The bed was very comfortable. Listening to the animals from the bay at night was great. If you are thinking about booking this place Do it!!! You won't regret it. Megan is also a wonderful host answered all my questions!

Highly recommend this rental. The area is beautiful, quiet and little to no traffic. We arrived and were able to check in with zero problems. Cottage was adorable. Perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is AMAZING! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and fishing on our own personal dock. Beach was a short stroll away as was some amazing restaurants. Most relazing vacation we have had in a very long time. Everything you could want or need is either in the cottage or a few miles away. Megan is the best! She was always a text away with recommendations for romantic dinners and even attempted to save the day in a hairspray emergency! LOL. We will definitely be returning.

My sister and I had a really nice stay. Right on back bay and a short walk to the beach. There are also restaurants within walking distance. The neighbors were very polite as well. The wrap around deck was probably my favorite feature of the cottage. Was able to grill and fish at the same time in the evenings. Would definitely come back here again!

We loved our long weekend in Sandbridge! The sunsets are beyond gorgeous. My 8yo loved fishing off the dock throughout the day. The accommodations were perfect. We can’t wait to come and stay again!

Little slice of paradise! Anything and everything we needed plus some was provided! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Loved the kayaks, fishing poles and games that were included! The best part by far was watching the sunsets over the bay from the back deck! We will return!

This is a great place to stay in Sanbridge for our family vacation. Cottage had everything we needed and more. Location is great - very quiet neighborhood. We tried everything - kayaks, bikes, games, tennis, pool, etc. Check-in process was very easy. Megan was available to answer all our questions. Will definitely look to stay here again!

We spent our second time at this cottage and everything was just as awesome. Perfect distance to the beach on their bikes. Able to enjoy the kayaks in the bay. Quiet location. Clean property with personal touches. We will be back!

Great place for kids!
This was the perfect little getaway for our little family! The cottage was very cozy and had everything we needed. The deck/porch around the cottage was our favorite hangout spot and our two year old could run around it without being able to escape. We enjoyed kayaking and attempting to catch some fish from the dock. It was so nice to have the pool right across from us as well! Everyone around the park was so friendly. We cannot wait to come back!

Cozy cottage with beautiful views?
This was our third time starting in the cottage and we hope to be back again. The cottage is very clean, has everything you may need on your RV life ( and if something is needed, Megan is always text reach to help). Every time we come we find a few new convinences added to the cottage. Our favorite place was deck, it has covered and non covered areas with many sitting arrangements which work great for any weather - sunny, windy, calm, rainy, you can always find a perfect spot to enjoy breeze and watch sunset ( or rain and thunders over the bay) sipping wine after a day on the beach. Just great place all around!

I would think that a little better description of the place and may be a couple pictures would be helpful. This little cottage was really a trailer on the grounds. But the view and the deck were exactly as described and the trailer was quite comfortable as well. I just think it should be mentioned in description that location of the "cottage" is really in the trailer park.

Lovely place
Great place for a family vacation! The pool is right across the street so nice and convenient. My kids especially love fishing from the dock. Check in and check out was easy and the owners were friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely rental! Everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation was available. Location is terrific. Close to the public beach access. Kayaking and fishing in the bay any time we chose was awesome. Rental was more comfortable and roomier than expected for the two of us.

Great 1st visit to Sandbridge, VA
Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. This is definitely a place to visit again. The owners were easy to contact at anytime. Relaxing and calm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Lovely
The hostess was amazing, very patient with all my texts. Kayaked and hiked, we had a blast and attended jimmy buffet concert. Neighbors closer than I thought but all was very quiet and spotlessly clean.

Fishing off the private dock was our favorite part! Beautiful sunsets, the property was clean and everything you will need is there! Simple to check in and out. We took out the kayaks and loved how we could just take a short walk to the beach! Caught the largest bass ever in the bay, 18 inches and a bunch of different fins of fish! Fishing off the dock was way better than the pier! I will return in the future because this property has a lot of offer and it was so quiet!

Baja nearby is great, the ocean is a 10 min walk (watch for dolphins frolicking!), the sunset on the deck is breathtaking, the bikes are handy, and the Market is so well stocked with a diverse inventory. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

There are so many things to love about Bayside Paradise! The hosts have built a haven of relaxation and they are so responsive and helpful. Baja nearby is great, the ocean is a 10 min walk (watch for dolphins frolicking!), the sunset on the deck is breathtaking, the bikes are handy, and the Market is so well stocked with a diverse inventory. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
