Property was completely as described, Very clean, near Spanish Springs (where we ate often) the Town Square and lots of paths (where we road the golf cart) and lots of golf. Very beautiful area!

House was large and spacious. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Owner was always available and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable .Really enjoyed getting the newspaper every day

I would highly recommend staying at John's rental. It was everything and more. From cleanliness, location, spacious, there isn't i can say bad about this home. And a plus the golf cart was so much fun getting around the Villages.

The house is in a perfect location with access to a pool within walking distance, archery, dog park, running trail, basketball court, country club, rec center for table tennis, and a short golf car ride to get to spanish springs or the lap pool for swimming or aqua classes. Grocery stores and restaurants are accessible by car in less than 5 minutes or by golf cart in 15 minutes. The house is updated. Beds are extremely comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The house is stocked with everything you could need. We loved the master walk in closet for plenty of extra storage. 3 tvs all hooked up and working. Showers were great with master having a spot to sit down. Kitchen was stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning. Laundry machines worked great. Living room has very comfortable seating. Everything was cleaned spotlessly and the decor has a florida vacation vibe. Great little Florida room with windows to have coffee or play games. Spacious backyard with shade and a nice carport with seating outside. The golf car is like new.
John the host and property manager is friendly and responsive. He addressed the golf car battery same day and had it running. I would stay another month if we could! We extended another week we loved it so much. All good things must come to an end and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.

A spacious and very comfortable home in walking distance to one of the community pools and a short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs town square. Nice neighborhood, very friendly people at the pool which was not crowded. We stayed a week in late Spring.

Had a very busy itinerary...was not able to indulge in all that was there to offer....pool ,etc. Very clean house nice neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Wiuld definitely stay there again

Everything we need for a month long vacation was provided. The property is in a great location, and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it highly !

We really enjoyed our winter at John & Linda’s home on Hillcrest Dr. The home is comfortable and clean. John was prompt to respond to questions. Shopping is very close as well as restaurants. We have spent 13 winters in Florida and this is definitely a favorite.

Well maintained property, clean and comfortable. We spent Thanksgiving here, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils to prepare a nice meal. We would definitely return to this property. Owner is very responsive.

Although this house was lacking ambient light, any kind of view, and a firm bed (that's soon to be repaced), the package deal was excellent. From the beginning and throughout my stay, John was helpful and patient with my questions; the house was modern, open, spacious, and bug free; and the location was ideal for accessing the local adult pool ( .3 mi), Chapel of Christian Faith (1.0 mi), Paradise Park, archery range, and rec center (1.2 mi), Spanish Springs Town Square (1.7 mi), and Walmart (2.5 mi). The Golf cart worked reliably for me to access these and others areas frequently. Add in the friendly, quiet, safe neighborhood, and this house is a prime choice I'd recommend to others and return to myself.

I enjoyed my stay here, the hosts are very easy to work with and responsive even though I didn't need much. Quiet neighborhood. I would have extended my stay if they hadn't already had renters for my end date. I was there because we are moving and this made the transition much easier for me because my husband can't join me yet. Neighbors look out for each other without being intrusive.

Host was readily available to answer questions and insure that all was well with property and amentities. Property was well maintained. Extras such as daily newspaper delivered, more than sufficient supplies such as t/paper and paper towels extra towels,sheets and blankets. Would definitely recommend to all.

Immaculate 2 bedroom/2 bath home. All the comforts of home, plus guest passes available to the amenities of the Villages, as well a golf cart for use. Owner very pleasant and extremely helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

Very clean, had everything we needed. Golf cart was great to take evening drives. Close to Spanish Springs and not far from Lake Sumter Landing. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to all family and friends.

Hillcrest is the best
Very easy check in and the home is spacious, very clean and well maintained. Great location and one three inch step to get in from carport. Would stay here again and owner was very responsive.
