Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a good location and fairly quick beach access. The place has plenty of room and was a great place for a family of 4. The only complaint is that the floors on the first floor were structurally compromised. Particularly the entry, parts of living room and kitchen. The entry was really bad so much that we tried to avoid spots for fear of it breaking. There was also strong mold and mildew odor. We suspect the floor supports were rotten hence the smell and structural issues. We didn’t make any complaint or demands as this would likely cause more issues that we didn’t want to deal with on vacation. We called and asked how to turn on in house speakers since there were no instructions and the management wanted to schedule a time period for someone to come out the next day. We canceled that as we didn’t want to waste the time.

We had a great time, the house was perfect for 7 guests. There was even enough space/ privacy for me to work remotely one of our days there. The private courtyard and pool were amazing and perfect for a family with young kids. The property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants amd the beach. I was worried about noise when I saw the outdoor bar across the parking lot but we didn't have any issues. My family had a really great time.
