It was everything that I was hoping for in a summer rental.

This condo is pretty well stocked for 2 people . It is in a very secure building on the 10th floor with a view of the mountains and the Gateway Plaza below. It can be a bit noisy during the day due to construction on the nearby Rio Grande Terminal, but we were not there a lot during those hours. The bed is very comfortable, the WIFI worked fine and the extra large T.V. is great, although we could not access Netflix, Prime etc. without our own Roku. There is also a nice workout room which we used daily. The designated parking place is a bonus, and is sufficient for a car or SUV but not really large enough for a truck. The owners were very accessible and always responded quickly when we needed them. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and the Planetarium. This is a good safe place for 2 people who want to be near downtown or any of the Medical Facilities at U of Utah.

This is a beautiful condo with one of the greatest balcony views I’ve seen living in Salt Lake City. It’s in a great location at Gateway mall, walking distance to many downtown streets and music venues in an extremely safe and beautiful building with a parking garage. Fantastic updated kitchen appliances, dishwater, and washing machine. Large bathroom with shower and tub. Very comfortable king sized bed and large closet. 65 inch tv and fast WiFi is a definite plus. This was a great place for me during my two month stay. Jim was a very accommodating host who showed me around the building during check in. Would 100% recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with one of the greatest balcony views I’ve seen living in Salt Lake City.
