This property is an absolute dream for families! Inside, the house is incredibly spacious with tons of different gathering areas, making it perfect for groups to hang out together or find a quiet corner and the fully stocked, dedicated kids' corner was perfect for keeping our energetic toddlers entertained! But the outdoor space is where this place truly shines—it’s an oasis. The kids were completely obsessed with the zipline, the swing under the tree, and we all loved spending time by the pool. The views and wildlife were amazing and the huge yard was awesome for yard games and volleyball (Bay Bashers vs Sunset Bay) Having crabbing gear and water toys available made our stay so special and saved us from packing extra gear.Speaking of bringing extra gear, you don't need to! This house is stocked with bedding, bath and pool towels, pool floats, a zipline, children's plates and silverware, games, toys puzzles, multiple televisions, crabbing pots and hand lines, seafood boil pots and everything you need to go with a seafood boil, a shed FULL of fishing gear and outside/water toys.... even an ICE MACHINE to keep up with the demands of a large group. We can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you Mike and family for sharing your home - everyone in our group had a blast. We would absolutely love to come back!

This house was amazing, had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Our family enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, games and crabbing also the beach on the property. The view and sunsets were beautiful. Would love to vacation here again. Highly recommend!

We all had a great time . The kids really enjoyed the pool as did the adults. It was so nice and quiet and we were very lucky to have excellent weather.A couple of small things came up and Michael send someone right over to repair it.We are surely thinking of returning!

Beautiful house with large swimming pool. Great dock for boating, fishing, crabbing. Small but kid-friendly beach. Exceptionally well-equipped and well-stocked both in kitchen and outdoors. The zipline was a big hit.
