Great location, cute spot right on the beach! Has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

This was our third stay here! Grant has always been SO accommodating! His communication is always on point (even during a hurricane). We will be back in 6 months and will always treat this as our own home. The accommodations and location is absolute perfection!

Overall this condo is very nice. The owner is very responsive and receptive. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and updated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pools are not located at this particular building but are a short walk across the street. Parking can also be a bit tricky as there are not a ton of spaces under the building. However, there are other lots across the street. Also, there is no outdoor shower/foot wash - this is also across the street near the pool. This made it a bit inconvenient when coming off the beach with kids. Carolina Beach offers some tasty restaurants but most require you to pay for parking. Overall we had a great time! Thank you Grant for everything.

Family of five made our first trip from MA to NC and had no idea what to expect. Grant (Host) was great, responsive and easy to communicate with! Property was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with supplies. Electronic key made entry / exit simple with a quick download of a free app on everyone's phones and prevented having to keep track of keys! Deck provided amazing views of beach and ocean. One well thought out feature was comfortable high style chair / table combos which allowed views over the deck railing rather than looking through it! Kitchen had everything you need and then some! Clean linens were provided, including bath and beach towels. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to relax inside or out. Four beach chairs and an umbrella were provided or options for affordable chair / umbrella rental with free set-up were available on the beach daily. Beach toys were available for younger children. The beach was amazing with incredibly warm water, huge waves and no rocks or sea weed. Plenty of space to set up even when the tide was high. Parking was underneath the building, our full sized Chevy Suburban fit with no problems (maybe just let your passengers out to prevent doors from getting dinged on wooden supports). Restaurants, shops, and amusement park / rides approximately a mile away with plenty of parking available. Grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens all nearby. Great property! Great Beach! Great location! Condo was clean and has great location. Had issue with door lock, but Grant was easy to reach and quick to resolve issue. Condo was as described! We definitely plan on retuning!

We loved how close the property was to the ocean! The condo had everything we needed and more. It was spacious enough for us and our teenage boys. It was nice not having to wait on an elevator everytime we wanted to leave the room. The parking was tight for my minivan, but it was nice that it was covered. Grant was quick to respond to messages and super nice to work with. We'd love to come back!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to start our stay. It had a great view and we liked the easy access to the beach , especially with little ones ( 18 mos & 4). Had a good selection of toys for the kids, and our 4 yr old granddaughter loved the bunk bed ( princess bed). Grant was very quick to answer all of our questions. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice place. As advertised and pictured. Pretty clean overall. Getting in and out was very easy, however, it is only accessed via an app/digital key, which was a little problematic for letting our 14 year old who isn't armed with a smart phone run back and forth to the room, so one of us always had to go with him. Probably the easiest beach access I've had anywhere, it's a flat walk and basically 50' from the unit, max. Parking is tight under the building; you have to let your passengers out before you park, or they'll never get out. One major missing piece was a way to rinse off at the property - the pools and hoses are across the street and a bit out of the way to be useful. The unit itself is nice, not overly cluttered with "beach themed Knick-knacks." Laminate floors in the bathrooms and living areas are nice. Carpeted floors in bedrooms. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes. We only had to run the dishwasher 2-3 times because there was plenty tableware for breakfast and lunch. Coffee maker is "old school" (make an actual pot) I haven't done that in years and only brought K-cups, so I went without coffee. Would recommend a Keurig. Kitchen table and bar are fine for lunch / breakfast. Master bed is hard as a rock (memory foam). Den furniture is also uncomfortable and can only seat 4 to watch TV. Kids like the bunk arrangement. Would stay here again. Had some minor problems but they were addressed pretty quickly and easy to reach the host.

This was our second stay at this residence. It's always very comfortable nice and pretty much on the quiet side until the weekends and that's when more people arrive. Location is perfect. Host is also perfect

We had an amazing time. The weather was stormy, so we made the best of it and enjoyed the ocean sights & sounds. A list of fabulous restaurants were provided, so we tried a few and were not disappointed. The locals were friendly and we enjoyed having a few cocktails with them. We will be back, thank you for providing a lovely home away from home!

We had a great stay. First time at Carolina Beach. Location was awesome, great views of the beach and ocean. Well stocked, kids loved the custom bunk beds, all the beach toys and the puzzles, books and toys (great for the day it rained!). Definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. It is located on a quiet section of Carolina Beach but all the restaurants and shops are close by. The communication with our host was easy and we had everything we needed to enjoy our short vacation. The best part - the covered deck with comfortable chairs and a great view of the ocean.

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend! Beautifully styled and thoughtfully stocked, the interior paired with the view was one of the best beach stays I have had in years. We will be back!

Super fun and clean condo. Host was easy to communicate and very accommodating. Perfect place to get away and reset. No need to travel far at all for anything as everything is just around the corner. Will definitely be back!

The location is great - not far from several restaurants and grocery stores. The view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful and the condo has everything you could possibly need. Grant is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is exactly what you are hoping for in a rental. Right on the beach and away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything. Grant is an awesome host, and provided us with a lot of useful information. I highly recommend this place.
