The location and neighborhood are good, but kitchen severely lacked necessities to cook and beds were very uncomfortable.

Shuttle to private beach was best. Bring your own sheets, blankets and pillow cases, pots and pans as there are none there. They fixed the washer and dryer during our stay. Shower doors are all broken or screwed shut and the patio furnature is not worth sitting on. Beds for kids broken and to dangerous to sleep on Outside of that the beach was great.

Enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the Dollar General if you forgot to bring something. The kitchen was well appointed but the frying pan needs replaced. I loved the three decks but the downstairs enclosed patio had torn screens. Mostly the house was clean but my grandkids feet were turning black from walking on the carpet barefoot.

Very accommodating as far as space for a family very nice area but cleaning could've been better other people hair was found on the sheets in the beds and the grill definitely needs to be thrown away it was very filthy so I didn't use it I went out and bought one to use but overall the staff was helpful and kind also

Before reviewing Mango Tango let me first heap some priase on Vacasa Property Management. A couple of days before we were scheduled to arrive Vacasa sent an email informing us that our original rental property was no longer available and that they would either refund our rental payment or substitute Mango Tango for the rental period at no additional cost. We accepted the substitute and were not disappointed. Vacasa offered superior customer service for us and should be commended for its actions.
Mango Tango is a 5 bed, 3.5 bath free standing home in the Emerald Shores development located between highway 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. It was clean and comfortable, but in need of updating in some areas - kitchen and baths. Overall it was just fine and we were happy with the unit and its location

The neighborhood was good , but was not near the beach with beach views as indicated.l in the ad. The tv in the living room didn’t work but was eventually fixed somewhat. It was fine, just not as expected.

This house was more than accommodating. The space was perfect, and everything was exceptionally neat and clean. I think everyone was most impressed by the verandas/patios on each level. The neighborhood was good , but was not near the beach with beach views as indicated.l in the ad. The tv in the living room didn’t work but was eventually fixed somewhat. It was fine, just not as expected.

It’s a really nice and big house , it’s comfortable, kitchens space is great, it has everting you need , it has a Big refrigerador as well. Very good neighborhood, pool area is great!
The only thing that the house needs it’s a deep and good cleaning other than that it Perfect!
We had a great time there.

Mango tango
The house was very nice but definitely NOT a short walk to the beach with young kids! We were able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway. It did need some maintenance done on some things in the house but very nice for what we needed.

It’s a really nice and big house , it’s comfortable, kitchens space is great, it has everting you need , it has a Big refrigerador as well. Very good neighborhood, pool area is great!
The only thing that the house needs it’s a deep and good cleaning other than that it Perfect!

Great stay! A few minor thing need to be upgraded such as cookware. Bed on 2nd floor needs to be turned or replaced huge hole if you try to sleep on your stomach. But overall would stay here again. Dryer takes 2 turns to dry.

The home was just what we needed for a family get away. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The home was so cozy and beautiful. The family was able to cook and enjoy each at the same time. Our favorite spot was the 3rd floor balcony.

The house was not that clean when we arrived, floors were not clean, especially under the beds. We found other people’s socks and toys. The dishwasher was running and continued to run for three hours. We finally opened it to the worst rotten food smell. There was food floating in the dish washer. We promptly closed and did not use the entire trip. The smell was overwhelming. We did not report it until we were leaving as we did not want to suffer that smell again. The table has a sticky film that we could not remove. We had to buy a tablecloth to cover it so our arms would not stick. While my family had fun the accommodations were disappointing.

The layout of the house is wonderful and has ample space to allow guests to have some privacy and space. Proximity to beach is wonderful. However, the house is in major need of updating and repairs. With some TLC my 3 stars could be 5.

Great spot
Beautiful house in a great location. About a10 minute walk to beach access and the beaches were beautiful. 2 pools on the property which our kids spent alot of time at. Easy to get to property. This vacations was a dream come true, the house is amazing, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and VIP treatment the whole week, private beach, transportation and everything you need to make your vacation a wonderful experience! Two thumbs up! See you next summer!!

So disappointed...
We stayed at Mango Tango in 2004 and loved it. Unfortunately, this time was very different. We were there a few days when we started noticing things that were not up to speed. Walking from the kitchen to our main floor bedroom, our feet were black. The walls going up the steps were dirty, the chair covers at the dining room table were spotted and filthy, the globe under the ceiling light in the family room was broken, only one side of the toaster worked, The dryer took hours to dry one load, picture frame on the second floor bedroom was falling apart and picture was falling out, big spot on first floor bedroom wall, bunkbeds in second-floor bedroom were falling apart, both bathrooms on the second and third floor had filthy walls. For $3600 for a week I feel that this was disgusting and Vacasa should be ashamed. My family and I have taken multiple pictures of everything I mentioned, however this review will not let me post pictures. I will never go through Vacasa again! I didn’t say anything while we were there because I didn’t want maintenance people in the house during our vacation. I posted a private review with Vacasa but no one got back to me, so I thought I would do a public review.
