This home exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well put together. Plenty of parking space. If we ever comeback to this area again I for sure would be looking for availability at this home first. Contact with Bernice was prompt and was very accommodating to my requests. ! of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Great location. Just a short drive to Cedar Point and downtown Sandusky.

The house was very clean. The first morning we found that the front door was not really locking when we put the code in. Contacted the owner and she sent someone our right away. They ended up giving us a back door key to use instead. So watch that the door really is locked. Not any real cable in the house to watch tv, just local channels. The 2 tvs down stairs were smart tvs so we could use Netflix or Disney + for our granddaughter to have tv. The upstairs did not have that. The bedroom downstairs did not have batteries in 1 remote so we had to buy some for it. Could only get the beverage and the add 30 sec buttons to work on the Microwave. Washer and dryer cost $1.50 and $1.00 to use. There are pots and pans to use as well as glasses and wine glasses. Silverware and such. It has an air fryer as well as a few other things. Shower head is not the best at all. Really hard to get it to spray like a shower should. It really should be replaced. We did not use the bikes in the shed but we did look in there the last day and the little kids bike has flat tires. Did not look at the adult bikes. Over all it was not a bad stay, just a few things that need fixed in the house or updated. The owner is quick to respond to anything you really do need and seems very nice.

We had a great stay here during our family vacation to cedar point. Nice short drive to the park so we were able to come back daily to make lunch and dinner. House was very clean and felt just like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay while in the Sandusky area. Home was clean and very inviting for our whole family. We enjoyed some games in the yard and the fire pit at night. Communication with the owner was right on point no matter what the question. We know where we will stay when we visit Cedar Point again. Highly recommend.

This is my second booking with her. She is a kind lady who will answer any concerns you may have. The beds are all very comfy. The only challenge with the house is the one bathroom, because I usually come with a large group of friends, which can be difficult at times. Aside from that, this is a lovely location to stay that is also extremely cozy.

We had a great time at this property. We thought the house looked way better in person than in the pictures. It is extremely close to Cedar Point (about 5 minutes). The outdoor back patio as well as front porch were delightful. The beds were comfortable. Yes, there is only the one bathroom, but we made it work. I have stayed at many rentals in the Sandusky area, and this one is probably the best. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and has everything you need. . Convenient to attractions and stores. We had a family trip for 4 days and enjoyed the area. We were able to watch Cedar Point fireworks from end of street. Had a great time. Owner very easy to work with

Our family had a wonderful time in Sandusky! The property was perfect and had everything we needed plus more. Everyone was comfortable and so pleased with our accommodations. The outdoor area was lovely and the walk down the street to the water was a great plus for the views. It was a perfect location if visiting Cedar Point (about 8 minutes away). The property was immaculate, and the landlord was very easy to reach for any reason. I would definitely look this up upon a return trip.

We all agree we would give this home two thumbs up! Our group was made up of two grandparents, one adult son and his wife and two boys, 2 and 7, and one single adult son. The layout was perfect for this size group. Nice large dining area. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a super comfy front porch in addition to a great outdoor space with furniture and a backyard large enough to play softball with the Littles. Walking distance to a great neighborhood park with small splash pad. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks for an early morning or late night walk. You can see Cedar Point from the end of the street, across the water. Driving to the park took no time at all. Everything was sufficiently stocked as far as cookware and dishes etc was concerned. Nice sized bathroom with two sinks...but just one. We were fine with it though. Nice linens and comfy beds. Plenty of bikes provided, if desired. Cornhole and a nice gas firepit. Really just a perfect home for what we needed. If I had to make any suggestion, it would be to put room darkening curtains in the two bedrooms with the twin beds. Our Littles woke up way to early. (Deep sigh).

My family and I really enjoyed staying here! We were hardly in the home as both our days were spent at Cedar Point but while being there it was so comfortable and clean! We do plan on coming back to go to Cedar Point again and I will be looking to stay in this home again. We were 7 adults and we felt as if we had our own private space as well.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The place was cute and clean and close to where we needed to be. The owners were very pleasant, accommodating, and responsive. I would have given this a 5 star rating except for our one negative - we traveled in late October and needed to put the heat on. There is only one thermostat and it would be super hot and stuffy upstairs while the downstairs remained downright cold. We made do with blankets but it wasn't ideal. However, as I mentioned earlier, everything else was great.

Great place to stay and close to everything! Had plenty of room for my granddaughter to run around around inside and out. We all enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and just talking and relaxing! Neighborhood was nice and people were really friendly.

The rental property was beautiful and had everything you needed. also, one block down the road was a spectacular view from across the water of Cedar point. They also provided bikes for our riding pleasure.
