The free breakfast, coffee and chilled water and ice was very useful. They allowed us a late checkout until 1pm for no charge which was really nice. I enjoyed having connected rooms for the kids. Tons of amenities right outside the hotel.
The bar fridge is peltier based rather than a proper bar fridge so cooling is limited. Stairs at the entrance is not ideal for strollers

The cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were helpful.
The hotel was minutes away from the Macau ferry which the receptions helped us get to.
The complimentary continental breakfast of toast, croissants, coffee were appreciated.
Local maps could be available.
Booking, com could have made sure we knew that there are 2 adjacent Iclubs. So one could go to the correct Iclub.
