Driving into the neighborhood is not comfortable. Very run down and shabby looking. Front porch had 2 flower pots one was broken with 1 very sad flower and the other one was worse with a weed in it. There were 12-15 garbage cans across the street which didn’t help. It did get better on the inside but the staircase had NO railings. NOT GOOD. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as pictured BUT no shades on windows so bright very early. No place to hang wet towels (hooks on back of bedroom doors is cheap and easy. The iron did not work and there was no toaster. There was NO PLACE to sit to eat or gather as a family. Very awkward. NOT a good family place.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our group with all of the rooms and very comfortable beds. One thing to consider is that there isn’t a living room but that wasn’t a problem for us!

Trip
The location had some cool businesses around the area, like restaurants and bars with a good atmosphere. Also, the easy travel to the Downtown historic Savannah was perfect for our trip purpose. The house was very nice and confortable.

Liked the house and it’s close proximity to downtown. Host was welcoming and very responsive. Must stay if visiting Savannah. Nice easy check in, rooms were clean, will definitely recommend

Very nice home, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a great time celebrating the new year! No living room area, but overall very nice.

House definitely false advertising from listing agent. Says in nice upcoming college town atmosphere. It’s the hood. As soon as we pulled up to house was approached by two older men offering drugs Definitely not a save college upcoming area. Definitely did not feel safe with 3 college age boys and two 15 year olds. The property manger was very rude. This a joke of a listing. Between me n my wife we have numerous 5 star ratings for previous stays with VRBO. This is definitely having me reconsider using this for short term stays in the future. Really uncomfortable few mins even before we stepped into properly. So we didn’t even go inside. Got the hell out of there. Besides the two on bikes. There were at least 5 others hanging in street corner watching us. Highly disappointed is the least I could say about this experience.

Was the great place for friends to stay and to get away for a night! Would stay again if I'm ever in the area again!
