My apartment is located in the historic center of Como near the ancient walls, the lake and is easily reachable from the two railway stations. In a few steps you can reach the ancient streets of the center full of shops, bars, restaurants or supermarkets or take the boat to discover the lake. If you prefer you can walk up to Villa Olmo passing near the Tempio Voltiano, see the Duomo, S. Fedele, S. Abbondio. Porta Torre, the ancient walls and the squares Volta and Cavour.
My flat is very spacious and bright, elegant recently renovated with new furniture and every comfort to feel at home. It consists of entrance hall, corridor, large bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, table with chairs, TV, stereo, kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, laundry, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi .In front of the apartment there are plenty of paid parking from 8.00 to 20.00 free at other times.
Just cross the road and go through the ancient walls and enter the old town with beautiful streets full of shops, bars, restaurants, palaces, squares, churches and ancient monuments. Or take a few steps on foot to reach the lake, navigation or train and bus stations. Supermarkets and characteristic outdoor Saturday market very close.
The historic center of Como can easily be explored on foot, you can take the boat to discover the beauties of the lake or the train to visit other cities also of Switzerland and finally climb up to Brunate with the funicular for a breathtaking view.

HOUSE RULES
- Guests must be provided with an identity document at check-in (including children).
- No other persons are allowed besides those who have booked.
- To avoid long waits it is advisable to let us know your arrival time in advance and notify us in case of delays, particularly when arriving by car.
- Check-in after 8.00 pm + 20.00 Euro to be paid with cash.
- The Municipality of Como has established the tourist tax applied to the overnight stays for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. The tax amounts to 3.00 Euro per person per night and is NOT included in the price.
The guest will must to pay the tax upon arrival with cash.
- You are required to respect the peace of the place to preserve good neighborly relations.
- No smoking.
- Animals are not allowed.
- No Party / Event.
- Covid 19: guests will find a clean and sanitized environment with special products. There will be a dispenser with disinfectant gel.
