Large apartment with nice furniture, close to the beautiful old town of Lauf, easy access via keypad (code provided one day before arrival) stylish bathroom with shower, very comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere when the pellet stove is lit.
Quite noisy due to the train tracks running directly behind the house.
Musty smell due to humidity problem in the separate bathroom with the toilet.
The pellet stove often fails to ignite. Luckily there are alternate small heaters/radiators available, otherwise it would have been far too cold.

Great location, spacious and clean
No window covering upstairs and sun shining in my eyes every morning from dawn. Extremely close to train tracks. Train frequency from 6am to 1am! 5 hours of rest only. On our 3rd night an animal of some sort making very loud noises in the room all night. This type of accomodation could offer small breakfast. Tea & milk. Very hot upstairs in summer. Portable air con very noisy at night.
