Beautiful views from this condo and close to mountain for skiing. The shuttle was great and quick and easy. I would recommend this condo for any ski vacation!

The place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views of steamboat! Was very clean and the property manager was very communicative and helpful! The only need for improvement is there is a very outdated coffee maker in the unit. Is coffee is essential to most adults, this is a much needed improvement. However, we would definitely stay at this place again!

It was us and 4 young adult children. The place was spacious and comfortable. We cooked in several meals, enjoyed the hot tub most nights, and the shuttle worked great for skiing. Would return.

The condo was in a great area for the mountain and the shuttle service was nice but the condo itself was not cleaned well. Crumbs all over the pull out bed , stuff under the couches & chairs , extra blankets/ sheets smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned, and the grill was full of gristle and had to be cleaned before we could even use it. As far as the amenities go it wasn’t too bad but the hot tub was not hot at all, and the sauna didn’t work. When you book this place it feels like no one really knows who’s in control of it. You book it from one place then two people handle everything so communication is lacking in a lot of areas . But overall it wasn’t a terrible place to stay but was lacking in a lot of areas.

Overall good spot! Only misleading thing is the bunk “room” as it’s right when u walk in the door and is essentially the coat area w no door. It still worked fine and was a good spot to stay but that room from online is misleading

This was our first rental and everything was just perfect. The location, convenience of driving to visitor sights, downtown, Steamboat Springs Lake. We would recommend it to families or couples. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we would need to prepare meals. The deck furniture and view with welcoming after and long drive. Beds and linens were exceptional! This place is AWESOME and the view is AMAZING! The view of the mountains is great (and I choose locations based on the view) and you are high up looking down on the whole valley. Plus at night you can see all the lights in steamboat with Christmas trees year round and the stars from the balcony are amazing. Plus the inside is very nice, the kitchen is very upscale and there is a fire place in the living room. Plus they even provided an HDMI cable so we could watch a movie from my laptop. And this place is a GREAT price, better then any of them I researched. AND its a very private feel on the balcony. It's awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yampa View 203. Management is very responsive and check in easy - even with the fact that our flight was super delayed so we arrive after business hours to pick up keys (in lock box). The bunk beds are tucked off of the front hallway and were perfect for the teens. Beds were comfortable and the view of Steamboat Springs was spectacular - especially with the sun setting over the mountains. We never took the shuttle because parking was free in the lot (then a quick shuttle to the gondola base). There is a nice heated ski closet for skis next to the front door, but we found it easier to leave skis in the car carrier. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs (coffee maker, 2 days of coffee, pots, pans) but no spices or other condiment (maybe be cause of Covid guidelines). There is no grill. Streaming TV with free movies and very comfy chairs and couch. Washer/dryer a huge plus - we visited the Strawberry Hot Spring (reserve this before you arrive) so we were able to wash our towels. Fireplace turns on easily and provides lots of warmth and ambience. This is a no frills, but clean and comfortable condo. We definitely recommend it to others!

Nice location. Quiet

We took a quick trip to Steamboat for some family birthdays. We have two kiddos, 3 & 7. Our oldest slept in the bunk bed in the front mud room, our daughter in one of the bedrooms and my wife and I in the master. We cooked meals in the kitchen and found it well-equipped. Our son did school online in the mornings and the internet was fast enough for his video meetings. We would definitely stay again. Due to quarantine we didn’t have access to the fitness center or the hot tub - but we knew that going in.
