We stayed mid January two seniors and Loved it!
House is Updated, Clean Beautiful and a great location!
Riverfront with docks & fenced for pets & kids.Great location for a large family and two other rentals on property if you have a large gathering!
Craig responded Immediately to any questions. Neighbors are super nice. Lot's of parking and Location is convenient to beach, town(s) and fishing. Theater room is a bonus for bad weather days. We bring our own devices & had no issues after a few "reboots" We will stay again if our travels bring us this way.
We love trains so the Lumbering freight haulers running 55+ mph caressed our sleep and the Brightline 2 engine 4 passengers zipping pass at 70 + mph did not blow their horns crossing the bridge. Kids grand-kids and adult kids, if you love trains like we do spend a few nights you will not regret it!

The house is great. Clean, modern, well furnished and comfortable. The dock is also functional and well maintained. The electricity and the light work. Fishing from the dock is also an added bonus.

A decent riverfront property but next to railroad which runs almost all day!
My family was quite excited when we checked in this house. The property looks outdated on the outside but very well kept on the inside. Great waterfront view with a fishing/boat dock in the back. However, this property is right next to the railroad which it runs almost all day (even at midnight and again at 4am). The worst part was the railroads needed some repair when my family was there so the pounding sounds started from 8am to 4pm. It was impossible to relax. Other than the railroad issues everything about this house was great.

Great place for fishing and family fun. Both houses were just as described, they met our every need! Craig was a wonderful host and was just a text away. I highly recommend both houses, you won’t regret it!!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Riverview Getaway. Our family was able to maneuver and dock our boat with no problem down the St. Sebastian River from the ICW (Stay in the Channel). We did some fishing from the docks everyday and enjoyed the theather room watching movies at nights. House has everything you would need and is nicely decorated. Craig, the property manager, was very welcoming, responsive and shared a lot of extra details/information to make our stay very comfortable. We look forward to returning to this little gem, hopefully very soon!

November 2021 - This was the perfect location for a fall getaway. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock, kayaks and our boat which was safe and secure at the property's dock. Within minutes, you are in the Indian River with a direct path to the Sebastian Inlet if you prefer to go offshore. The house had all the comforts of home to make our stay effortless. Nice property with a good view and large back yard. The property manager is excellent as well. Only downside is that it is right next to a fairly busy railway and associated RR bridge that is under construction so it gets noisy at times especially if you are outside.

We had to change our yearly fishing destination related to red tide on gulf coast. We found this house on the river. Not only fishing friendly with dock but the accommodations were really nice. Comfortable beds, nice theater room. Will come back again to vacation again.

The house is lovely and has everything you need. The backyard is completely fenced and is huge so was perfect for our dogs. They had a blast. The fishing off the pier was not a disappointment. My husband caught lots of fish including a 3.5 foot snook! Very relaxing.

The house is lovely and has everything you need. The backyard is completely fenced and is huge so was perfect for our dogs. They had a blast. The fishing off the pier was not a disappointment. My husband caught lots of fish including a 3.5 foot snook! Very relaxing.

Happy inside and outside
The interior of the house is lovely and seems to be freshly painted and remodeled with handsome furniture and attractive art. The yard is enormous with a comfy two person swing hanging from a Live Oak and at the end of the yard three docks. We were thrilled to see manatees frequently and other wonderful wildlife: hooded merganser ducks, ospreys ibis even oystercatchers. We kayaked upstream to look for birds and manatees but actually we saw plenty from the dock. Craig came over immediately to fix one problem we encountered. Love the spot and I’ve already reserved for next year.

Great place on a beautiful river
Property was well taken care of and was nicely designed/furnished. Large fenced in yard was great for our dog and we enjoyed watching the manatees and dolphin from one of the three docks. Only negative was the proximity to the railroad tracks but fortunately we like trains...

The waterfront view was stunning and was perfect to tie up a boat for our stay. The fishing off the dock was great. The large screened back porch was a great place to hangout as well as the media room. Craig was very responsive to all questions leading up to the stay. Oh and did I mention kayaks for to use as well. We can not wait to come back!!!!
