Great location easily accessible via public transportation

Everything was great. There’s nothing I didn’t like

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful; our luggage was already in our room which was in the Annex. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had our own private onsen. Comfortable Yukata were provided for all guests which you were able to wear to attend breakfast and dinner. Breakfast, a set menu, was delicious and different on both days we stayed. Staff were very helpful in advising how to operate the in-table steaming etc. We did not book the evening meal, as we ate else where in Hakone but there was a 7Eleven a few steps away from the hotel if required.

Nothing we did not like about this Hotel

An amazing location in the clouds up in the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our Hakone visit
