Exceptionally clean, very responsive and helpful host

Quite a few stairs to walk down to the village, that’s Greece in general

The view and location of the Penthouse apartment are unbelievable. 270 degree views of the sea, plus the entire town. Less from a 5 minute walk from everything! Johnny was so friendly, kind, and responsive. We ended up renting a boat from him too! We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment for a week for our honeymoon, and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We spent the week walking around the lovely town of Agia Efimia seeing the other rentals we had considered before booking, and commented many times to each other that we are so grateful to have been staying at Johnny’s. 2 min walk from the diving shop if you are in town for a dive. Excellent water pressure, SO much space, the balcony was spacious and absolutely beautiful for morning coffee and to enjoy the evening sea breeze. Lovely air conditioning in both the main area and bedroom. The light was not an issue in the bedroom due to many shades provided on all windows. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a spot to stay.

Not a dislike- we actually quite enjoyed this- but as mentioned in other reviews, the building is a bit up the hill and the penthouse is on the third floor. We liked the exercise and felt it was totally worth it for the view!! But good to note for older folks or those with more limited mobility than we had.

The property head a great location and a great view from the balcony , price was good value for money.

The appartament was to old , it was to noisy and you could hear banging doors and other people talking. Parking was a little bit problem there were 5 parking spots and you had to park 200m from the property in the main road .
