La posizione bellissima, in cima al promontorio. La piscina, grande e pulita. Il panorama molto suggestivo.

Nulla di negativo, tranne il materasso che era troppo morbido.

We loved everything!!! From the location to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, it was AMAZING!!! The rooms were so clean and whenever we needed something (such as extra room towels to even asking for a beach towel) the staff was so accommodating. Thank you.

I would not suggest this location if you have physical limitations though. It is located about a 5-10 minute walk from all the cafes and boutiques. It is also uphill/downhill on very uneasy pavement and stoned trails. Due to the narrow and minimal parking for cars, you can't just drive everywhere. This would be for most hotels, resorts, and apartments.

*We booked Maisonette with Sea View* As soon as we arrived to Kassiopi Bay we met a wonderful host Kathi, who showed us to our room which was just next door to the reception - room 203. As soon as she opened the door we were stunned by how beautiful of a view we got outside: - Straight into the water over the glass balcony - Straight into the Albanian coast over the sea. Now I did a lot of research into where I was going so I was expecting good but it's a lot more than that in reality. Of course I do admit that we might have gotten lucky with the room. It's gorgeous. Other than that: - Great host. - The room is clean and has everything you need for 2 people or a family of 3. - The water pressure and temperature is great. - The location is superb because you can just walk down to Bataria Beach every morning for a swim with almost zero people . You also have an option to rent out a sunbed for 20 EURs (If I remember correctly). - Also, if you enjoy the sound of the wind and the sea washing the shore - this is a place for you because that's basically all you hear outside. - The town is small so even if Kassiopi is at the end in the North - you'll walk everywhere you want to without a problem. - Plenty of space to park a car too and the parking is free with your stay. - You also have decent WiFi and you can always use your own mobile network (More on that in CONS section) if needed. A great hotel on the rocks near the sea, near a wonderful beach and a little quite gem of a town. We really like Kassiopi Bay and hopefully, we have chance to return some day:)

MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR MOBILE AUTOMATICALLY SELECT A MOBILE NETWORK IF YOU'RE FROM THE EU. The mobile networks are bound to connect to the Albanian mobile network operators and you'll get charges out of this world without even realizing it. Plenty of instructions online on how to set your Mobile Network to "Manual" mode - please make sure you do. This is in no way a fault of the location - it's something all visitors should be aware of.

Modern and immaculately clean. Kathi is really friendly and helpful. Wonderful location looking out towards the Albanian mountains
