We had a wonderful time staying in our condo and the location was Great!! The owner Ana is so accommodating and EXCELLENT with communicating!! The condo had everything we needed!!😎🏖️

We had the best time! This condo was perfect! The location, beds, it had all the items we needed for the week and was super clean! Check in was a little confusing at first but security was super helpful and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again!!

There is extensive water damage in the hall bath, decayed baseboards, and an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. The upholstered furniture was filthy, and every metal surface in the unit was covered in rust. The four adults in the unit were forced to share one bathroom for the entire week. The owner stopped by to review the damage and disrepair, reimbursed us for the cost of blankets to cover the furniture, but did not offer reimbursement for the loss of one bathroom for the week.

A very good location! Great amenities! The food an drinks at the resort were really good! Condo was close to the elevator which made getting around easy. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure! Spectacular view! Enjoyed our stay very much!

The property manager was great and communication was amazing. Access to enter was easy and nice location. The only issue was the cleanliness of one of the bathrooms. It had a lot of mold and we did send photos and attempted to clean but the mold was so bad we couldn’t get the area clean. We ended up only utilizing one bathroom due to this issue which caused some issues. Thankfully we were only staying Friday-Sunday so we made it work. Communication regarding the cleanliness was made and discussed with the owner so hopefully this won’t be a further issue for future guests.

I walked in looked at the view and cried bc it was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, it had everything you would need to cook most meals. The location was great and getting in and out of the property was so much better than other condos we’ve stayed at. The security was top notch too. We loved seeing security guards walking the property checking for blue bands and enforcing rules (pool rules mostly). The kids played with the games and the adults spent the evenings on the balcony. Sometimes the highway traffic would get loud enough for us to hear in the front bedrooms but it was spring break so noise was expected. Everyone was so tired it never kept the kids or my mom awake. 10/10 would recommend. We’re planning to try and book next year too.

This property was even better than the listing! the rooms were clean, the furniture is comfy and the view is amazing! The elevator is right outside the front door, so that is convenient. It was noisy at times but only for those in the front bedrooms and it really wasn't very much. The beach was never very busy so we always had our pick of a good spot! parking and unloading was a cinch! For it being "peak spring break" during our stay, I would say we couldn't tell at all! We would definitely choose this place again.

My friends and I rented this condo for a Bachelorette weekend in PCB (I promise we weren't a rowdy bunch) and it was absolutely perfect and super affordable for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Very clean and loved how everything was labeled. :)

Nice condo with an amazing excellent view of the gulf. The beach is beautiful. It’s close enough to local attractions but far enough away to be peaceful.

Only good things to say. Beautiful views, clean space, close to elevators, many walking distance places to enjoy, owner very quick to respond, will always try to stay here.

I’m so glad we stayed here! Very clean, great communication with our host. Great location. We walked to Pink Pelican ice cream (def recommend). Several restaurants within walking distance. Super easy access to the beach. Somewhere we ready reviews that the elevators were slow and crowded. That def wasn’t the case for us. Plus the room is right off one set of elevators so that was nice. Very nice that there was a stock of beach supplies that others had left behind. If you go on the Sea Screamer (another def recommend) it stops in front of the condo. So that was kinda of cool too. The way from the car is a little far but it’s not a big deal. Especially if your kids are a little older. All in all, great choice

We can't wait to come back again. It was like staying at home and not a hotel. The views were amazing and the memories, priceless.

Once you navigate getting to the room it is a great stay and relaxing vacation. The condo is great for a small group with young kids. The owner is extremely helpful and communication was phenomenal!! The beach access is amazing and if you want to be closest to the water you need to ensure you setup early or you will have limited choices on space for your family. The other challenge is not setting up where the rental companies claim stake on the beach.

Property was just as described. Perfect for our family with plenty of room. The place had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great week. The view is amazing and the condo was very nice. The biggest downfall for our group was the walk from the garage to the condo is pretty long.

Loved the Condo, but did not like the fact you had to walk to parking garage across street to park. A lot of walking for someone that has a bad knee and for someone that has a small child. Overall if was a nice place.

The elevator was to slow and people throwing food off of the balcony above and peoples swim suits falling from above almost cost me my marriage very upset
