Would not recommend this until unless you are a smoker . One person of our party had to leave early due to the smell of smoke being so strong. When I complained they tried to tell me I rented a smoking unit , but it clearly states “ no smoking “ on the front door . Also, inside the unit it stated smoking permitted on the balcony only . It was enough to ruin our vacation and we will never stay at this property again . There also wasn’t enough dishes for 8 people to eat or drink coffee nor was the cookware usable . The lights weren’t all working in the kitchen. The bedroom doors don’t lock, so no privacy . The dining room kitchen chairs were severely torn. The bottom rack of dishwasher was broke. . I reported all of the is to management and no one ever contacted me . I will say a ozone machine was brought to us to help with the smell but didn’t help much . Very disappointed.

Fantastic Views, Property Management is very friendly and helpful. Only negatives, uncomfortable Great Room furniture and supposed to have been a non smoking unit , but strong Cigarette smell. But we had a great time, and overall it’s a great unit .

Unit 1006 was lovely. The view was amazing!Small decor updates are needed however. Also, the smoke seeping up from the unit below was very troublesome. Our closets, bath areas and living space were all permeated by the odor. This caused some breathing issues with older family members. Management is aware of this issue, but a warning for the reservation would have been helpful.

We will be back again next year! Pelican walk is our favorite place to stay in PCB! We always have the best time. This was our first time in the pent house and it did not disappoint! Location is great! Always clean! Staff is always pleasant! 10/10 every year!

Sister getaway
The penthouse was very spacious but needed updating. The living room couch wouldn't stay together and the chairs were uncomfortable. There was the smell of cigarette smoke when you first entered the condo and in one bathroom which remained throughout our stay. The washing machine didn't work properly. Had to ask the property manager about it, who sent up the maintenance man to check it. He told us that you have to SLAM the lid to get it to lock and work properly. I've rented various properties through the years. There's always been a way to access subscription tv services. That wasn't true of this tv. It wasn't a smart tv so we were limited to cable tv which didn't even have an on-screen guide. The description said there was a DVD player but it wasn't hooked up to the tv so unusable as we didn't know how to hook it up to the tv that was mounted on the wall and neither did the maintenance man. But the location of the condo was great and we did enjoy our stay.

This unit smelled like cigarettes through the entryway and also near the kitchen stove vent. I have been staying at Pelican Walk for close to ten years. We finally celebrated a girls trip in the Penthouse and had a very nice time. The only disappointment was the unpleasant cigarette smell throughout the condo.

We loved our stay. The view from the condo is amazing! The condo is well stocked and was clean. Renting chairs through the company provided made our time on the beach relaxing and enjoyable.

This condo is beautiful! There is so much room. I had other family members staying in condos in the same building and everyone could come to our place for dinner or just to hang out and it still did not feel crowded. The beach was so nice also. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Clean and spacious
Everything was smooth from start to finish, it was probably the easiest check in process we’ve dealt with so far. Everything was in perfect working order and it was clean with a ton of space!

Large enough to entertain, beautiful decor, amazing views, well stocked with necessary kitchen supplies and close to lots of places for supplies. Would highly recommend. Only thing we wished wouldve worked properly was the sliding glass door in the master BR so we could hear the ocean better.

Beside the rain that came for a few days due to a hurricane this has been by far best place we’ve ever stayed in Panama City it made me feel as if we was queens in a castle I highly recommend anyone who wants a great stay to stay here ❤️ this place

This was my families 9th year visiting the beautiful beaches of PCB and staying at Pelican Walk will be my favorite by far! The Penthouse is Beautifully decorated and super clean! The panoramic view was stunning! �� The location is perfect and not crowded at all! Staff was very friendly and helpful and was always cleaning something! Which was a plus to me! The pool was sparkling clean all 7 days of our stay! The only thing I would suggest is to have more cookware (Non-stick skillets) in the kitchen! But, overall we were very satisfied & will definitely be returning! Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
