We chose this property mainly for the location and the fact that the owners were present on site in the event of any issues that may arise. The property and the unit were absolutely wonderful. Christine's beautiful artwork hung on the walls, views of the mountains, the clear night sky and the many mule deer that came to visit were a few of the many highlights. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dexter, the resident mouser.
The unit was clean and had all the amenities. We found a plate of fresh baked biscotti and fresh flowers, which were both unexpected.
James and Christine were the perfect hosts for "Pizza Night", which was the best pizza we have ever had. Chef James also made ciabatta bread, which we ate for breakfast during the coming days. We also met their son, James and his lovely wife, Jingjing. It was a pleasure to meet and get to know the hosts and their family. We feel like we have known them all our lives.
This property is located in an area which was a great launching point for many activities. We went into Yellowstone a few days during our stay, fished the Spring Creeks and the Yellowstone River, rode through Tom Miner Basin and saw many animals, and many trips into Livingston. We will definitely use this property on our next trip out West.

We loved everything about our stay. The property is beautiful and the space was very clean. You can’t beat the views! As many other reviewers said, pizza night was a true highlight. We also enjoyed the all of the original art. We were ready to quit our real lives and move in!

We had an amazing stay at Elegant Paradise Terrace! The hosts, James and Christine, were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, ensuring we had everything needed throughout our stay. Pizza night was awesome - both the food and the company of James and Christine! We highly recommend this property for its tranquil setting, beautiful views and as a starting point for access to the North Entrance of YNP!

The evening we had wood fire pizza was a vacation highlight. Don’t let the fact that the accommodations are connected to the residence trouble you. The home is well built and there was no noise transfer. View the night sky from the deck—stunning! We used it as a base camp and ventured out to Gardiner - Bozeman - Yellowstone. Great hosts and was above our expectations.

This is a gem of a VRBO! The accommodations are better in person than what is shown on the website. Details everywhere, from fresh bars of soap in the showers to the plate of cookies and other goodies and the fridge of drinks, Christine and James take care of the little details to make the stay so enjoyable.
Paradise Terrace was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the accommodation are breathtaking. But perhaps the most memorable is the pizza night. James made the most delicious pizza and the cake Christine served was delightful. James involved the kids in the making of the pizza and they keep talking about how good the pizza was!
Thank you James and Christine for your hospitality and conversation. Wish we had more time to spend with you in your beautiful home. If we are ever through the area again we will stay for sure.

The accommodations were very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Mountain views were spectacular... and you couldn't find any nicer hosts than James and Chris. The pizza night was icing on the cake!

Gratitude is the word I'd use to describe our stay. The views are amazing, the apartment is clean and charmingly decorated, and the serenity of the area is good for your soul. Above all else is that I'd love to highlight the hosts. They invite you to a pizza night freshly prepared by James. He engaged with my children (11 and 13) about how to make the pizza and made them the center of attention. His beautiful wife, Chris, made a bundt cake with icecream. We sat with them for a few hours and had a wonderful chat. If I told you everything that was amazing here, you'd be in for a novel. Pick here! It's gorgeous, the hosts are unbelievably kind, and the space is cozy!

Beautiful view, loved sitting on the deck to watch the sun rise & a storm pass over the mountains. Kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and everything was decorated so cute!! We really enjoyed our stay. My kids were bummed that there was no pizza night, but some yummy cookies & fresh flowers on the table!! Definitely a slice of paradise!!

The indoor space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views from the TWO outdoor spaces featured the surrounding mountain ranges that were majestic. Lots of hiking trails nearby and easy drives to Bozeman and Yellowstone. The owners were responsive and we enjoyed the biscotti welcome basket and the pizza night with them. We would highly recommend the property and will stay here again if we visit Paradise Valley again.

Accommodations are lovely and exactly as described. Location is perfect for Yellowstone and all activities in the area. What makes this rental shine are the extremely gracious hosts. We enjoyed our time with them along with some of the best pizza we have ever eaten. We book many VRBOs and this was by far the best. Do not hesitate to book this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. James and Christine were wonderful hosts! Pizza night was fantastic and Christine left several treats throughout the week. It was comforting for my mother in law and I to know they were right next door. We were there alone and had never been there. We felt completely comfortable and safe. We had complete privacy at the same time. The above the garage apartment was perfectly appointed and we each had our own private bedroom and bathroom. The views were incredible! We were surrounded on all sides by mountains. Yellowstone is an easy scenic drive from the house. I HIGHLY recommend a trip to Tom Minor while you are there!!! We were able to see a grizzly bear there and it’s apparently a favorite place of theirs. I hope to return and stay here again. Early October was beautiful weather wise but some things were closed for the season.

Paradise Terrace is a perfect property to enjoy the wonders of The Paradise Valley, it’s surrounding mountains and the Yellowstone River. It was very clean, quiet, and had a well appointed kitchen. The outside porch is a great place to watch the early morning colors change across the mountains, evening sunsets, and to observe the plethora of stars on a clear night. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The welcome tray of biscotti was a personal touch from expert baker Christine. We loved the Pizza night and getting to know our hosts - James makes fantastic pizza!
This was a great place to be to access the river and surrounding parks, while providing a quiet and very comfortable home away from home for our vacation.

This place is a gem - it might be the best food in Paradise Valley on pizza night, but it is also in a PERFECT location, with sunrises, sunsets, and magnificent stars all there for your viewing from the private deck. What a great time we had here.

Coming from flat lands of the South, the contrast of this place really sent my spirit soaring. The evidence of God's masterpiece is everywhere, from the comfortable temperatures to the clean fresh air to the beauty of the house with all its artwork and flair. James and Christine were amazing. Not only did they make us feel at home, their knowledge of Paradise Valley made a great impression. This was a special trip because it is where my son Matthew always wanted to go. We lost him to a tragic car wreck a year ago and spending time here helped me heal and know that he is always with me. The first reminder was sitting on the balcony watching clouds in the shape of Angel's wings, letting me know he is fine ... and so am I.

Best of the best!
We had an awesome time at this home near Pray! The home is everything you could want or need - the owners go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and pampered! We loved having pizza night and getting to know James and Christine - the food was delicious and the setting is magnificent- I can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect. The home is nicely decorated and there are beautiful flowers planted all around the rental. We enjoyed the deck - having coffee in the morning and watching the deer grazing in the valley was so peaceful- this place is a 9.9 ( someone told me there’s no such thing as a 10)!

Wonderful Time in Paradise Valley
We can’t say enough good things about our experience with James and Christine. The place was exactly as described and the views in the valley exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this area. The house is immaculate and well stocked. The hosts were amazing, leaving us delicious homemade treats and snacks. The best part was that since we stayed over during the Fourth of July we were invited to attend their annual party. We got to sit and talk with James and Christine as well as their neighbors and the food and company was amazing. James makes homemade pizza that is incredible. We truly felt as though we were guests in someone’s home. They are the best hosts we have ever stayed with and our only regret is that we were only there for 3 nights.

No Place Better in Paradise Valley
First, I want to thank our very gracious hosts for an absolutely delightful and delicious pizza evening. This outstanding and expansive property allows one to experience the vastness of Montana, and the close-up beauty of the mountains and animals. Wonderful stay in Paradise
Beautiful views and fantastic hosts! Clean, cozy, remote, yet close enough to where we wanted to go. This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Yellowstone, about 40 minutes from the entrance to the national park. Highly recommended, and we will absolutely visit again! The wood-fired pizza was so tasty; James and Christine even baked us a ciabatta bread for the next day (perfect for sandwiches on the road!). Their hospitality made our vacation an unforgettable experience. Thank you!!!
