We stayed in a suite and really enjoyed the space and functionality of it. There was plenty of room, the kitchenette was well stocked, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff, both at the front desk and those cleaning the rooms, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really liked the location and enjoyed exploring the St. Cloud area. Overall, the suite was well laid out and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The suite was starting to look a little tired and could benefit from some refurbishment and maintenance. For example, the fabric on the headboard was peeling, there were some holes in the upholstery, and there were holes/damage to the ceiling panels in the bathroom. These issues didn’t affect the functionality of the suite, but they did detract from the overall appearance and made the property feel less well maintained than it could be.

Hotel room was better than I expected. Very roomy and clean. Bathroom was fab too just water can escape from the shower. It’s in the west of Paris and really lovely area. We will be back.
Water escaping the shower.

Location and the family room was big
The double bed it 2 single beds pushed together and they continuously slid apart as the floor is wooden/tiled. Spoke to the staff to sort out but nothing was done.
