This was a great property for me and my family! Close to town, easy check in, and beautiful property.

Overall this was a great stay with a few things that are an easy fix. The unit is very well appointed, a few items are showing a bit of wear but this is often the case when units are rented, nothing that detracted from the stay though. Great kitchen and the bathrooms are both very nice, high end finishes throughout.
The space does look a lot bigger in the pictures but that’s a wide angle lens for you, again nothing wrong with making it look as nice and big as possible.
The unit is top floor on a corner so there was next to no noise to bother our group, one night a big group in a hallway for a few minutes, one morning 2 dogs barking that’s it and the location is really really close to everything, so you’d expect more outside noise.
Don’t think you’d find something any nicer for the price this close to town. You are next to everything, skiers will walk to the lifts, shoppers and hikers like us are right by shops and within easy access of trailheads.
Pool, hot tubs galore and a great fitness center all enhanced our experience.
The one major blip for us and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, there was no heat during our stay, we did report this but it was not corrected during our 3 night stay. We also paid for late checkout but we were locked out on our last day and had to go get new keys, minor but annoying when you’re trying to beat traffic.

Nice Condo. Nice view. Great location by main street and the river walk in Breckinridge. Other reviews have pointed out that check in and parking is a bit confusing, but easy communication with the property management company made that fairly simple. Just be aware that the location for check in and parking access, while adjacent to the condo building, is at a different address than the actual condo building.

We enjoyed our summer vacation and hiking in Breckenridge. Would love to come back in the winter to ski.

Location was so convenient! Easy walk right onto Main Street to get anywhere in town. Accommodations were even better than the pictures. Clean comfortable beds and baths. Stayed at the end of July and the unit had comfortable temperature even with no air conditioning. At night the unit filled with cool mountain air and just felt fantastic. The front desk staff was helpful answering any questions we had during our stay. We will stay again!

Great stay and location, very difficult check in....address was wrong where you check in, there were two addresses given one of the property the other where you check in and it was difficult to find due to an error in the address, then the building is laid out with numbers not corresponding to the floor and there were two different entry doors and if you went into the wrong one you won't find the unit. So hopefully they are getting that more organized, but fair warning not an easy check in!!!

The condo was very convenient to the lift and downtown area.
It was as seen in photos.
Areas of improvement would be higher wattage of lights all around and a bigger trash container especially with no recycling.

This property was perfect for our family of 5! It was close to quicksilver chairlift on peak 9. We rented skis, picked up the night before and the condo stored them. Quick/easy pick up the next day. If doing lessons/renting - choose the Maggie.
Hot tubs and pool were a huge hit for all of us! So close to Main Street, tons of restaurants- we didn’t even need to use the rental car. Staff was so friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved our first time in Breckenridge and this property made it so easy and enjoyable. We will be back!

Great condo with an awesome location right in downtown Breckenridge! Came in the late summer and enjoyed the balcony, pool and proximity to town.
My only note is that the kitchen was not well stocked. Good availability of tools/utensils but no spices/oil/Tupperware/plastic wrap etc. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal for us but if you’re driving bring some essentials if you plan to cook at the condo or else plan on spending some extra $ at the supermarket!

Nice condo, great location
The condo was great for our family of 4, loves the high ceilings in the top floor unit. It was a short walk to town, an even shorter walk to the Quicksilver lift, and the ski valet was a real bonus.

Skier's Dream
Our family of four had a fantastic time for the five nights we stayed over. The apartment is well decorated and equipped and we were very comfortable. The daughter loved the elk trophy mount and nicked named him Wilbur. The apartment is super close to dinning and shopping options and we only used our rental car to get groceries.
The provided ski valet service makes if very easy to access your ski equipment for a short 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. We made the mistake of waiting until 9:30 the first day (after 6 inches of new snow) and had to wait 20 minutes in the lift line. Every day after we got there before 9am and no wait!
The semi-private hot tub for Waterhouse owners and guests was a great way to unwind after day of skiing and very easy to access. We greatly appreciated the terry cloth robes for getting to/from the hot tub.
We also loved the humidifiers and fans for each bedroom. Very helpful as being from the humid east coast, they greatly helped our acclimation to the dry, mountain air.
Would definitely stay here again!

New condo with nice layout
My husband, child (10) and I stayed 3 nights in this condo in January. We are only a 2 hour drive from Breckenridge so we go up 3 - 4 times each ski season and rent condos.
Pros:
- Underground parking for 1 car
- Easy walking location to quicksilver lift & the town itself.
- Good size hot tub at facility, easy to access
- New feeling condo. Nice kitchen. Great layout. Nice bathrooms.
- Very clean.
- Comfortable couch & large tv in family room.
Cons:
- The windows must be incredibly thin because I was woken up every night from noise outside or in the hallway.
- No coffee starters. We were really surprised by this and asked Vacasa if it was an oversight, but they said no, it was up to the owner's discretion and they didn't include it.
- We enjoy condos that have some spices/cooking essentials. This one has nothing (no zip locks, no tinfoil, no tupperware). They did have salt & pepper.
- Some people like that you have to use a ski valet with this condo. We find it super inconvenient. Especially when the line to pick up your skis is 20 people deep.
- This condo is new and one of the more expensive ones we stayed at, so we expected nicer bedding, nicer towels (they have the small ones), nice wine glasses (they had 4 mismatched, super cheap glasses).

Unit was better in person than the pics. Only issue was the baseboard heat in the living room would not turn off. Other than that, excellent.

Gorgeous Condo
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Check-in was easy, and staff are there 24 hours for support. Underground parking was nice and conveniently located to the elevator. The condo itself was beautiful and full of little touches that made our stay perfect-such as fans and humidifiers in each bedroom, plenty of towels, cookware, etc. The location to shops and restaurants was great too, though we were a bit too cold to walk much from there (being from Florida with a 2 and 5 year old). We would 100% stay here again.

This home provided a beautiful view of the mountains with enough amenities to never need to leave! Of course, my wife and I aren't the type to stay at home all day, but with a beautiful balcony view, TVs with Netflix and Chromecast throughout the house, washer and dryer, and a kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and bathrooms all nicer than my own home, we were extremely sad to leave the place behind!
