Great location. Close to the beach and the free shuttle into the tourist district.
Very noisy. Lots of construction and other guests were very loud in the hallway. The concrete construction made all the noise even louder.

Breakfast was great! Loved the pineapple jam, rice, and chicken. We were able to order a fried egg.
Staff very friendly and accommodating!
Able to book a massage right on site.
Power was off upon arrival but it wasn’t the Hotels fault. The rooms were not sound proof. Could hear guests coughing. Door handle was very loose.

The area is tired and dirty.

Good size, booked the 4br villa. Good bikes and facilities.
Location was not at the hotel and this was not explained prior to check in, it’s 5/6 mins away. Aircon in two rooms did not work, unbearable to sleep in, inspected but not sorted. Offered a discount on spa services which we already had when booking. Not great

"Very comfy and clean room. Staff was very friendly. Super close to Khem beach in a short walking distance. The room is modern and stylish. I loved the soft sheets and blankets."
