Great location at a good price. Everything worked great. They provided free coffee and free water bottles every day (both flat water and sparkling water). Also, located immediately next to a great bakey.
Maybe scrub the floors and the shower tile a bit better (not that they were really dirty). Nothing else.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the centre of the city and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and staff when we needed them were very friendly and helpful - we arrived late so did the self check-in, and only spoke to the staff on check-out when we stored out bags there. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there were cafes practically outside serving breakfast and coffee.

We had a nice room at the front of the hotel, but being at the front we were woken very early with bin men, traffic, and general noise. The room was clean and had nice double doors we could open onto the front of the property. Check in was difficult. The gentleman staying at the hotel who helped us, and let us in to the hotel to do self check-in said the same. And later in the evening we ended up having to help a young family to check-in. Not ideal at all.
The self check-in system that did not work efficiently.
