Amazing breakfast, nice spa

The room size was ok, but tight with three suitcases. However there is space under the bed

The location was convenient; close to the train and bus station.

Hotel was exactly as expected, good for our two night stay, clean, materials were new and all functioned well. Personnel very helpfull. Our pre departure day arrangement for next morning taxi at the reception was made successfully by percisteng receptionist. Only third taxi co, confimed that busy saturday departure ride for us. Good location, not that far from old town buildings and other old attraction, which were our purpose to visit briefly in this beatiful town of Takayama.

Room was tidy, modern, bathroom with tub was excellent, yet dimensioning was somewhat tight on rooms and the room entrance. Typical arrangement for just business type accomodation, just sleep, have a good breakfast and off you go -type of hotel stay needs.

Location is 10 min walk from the takayama station area.

1. Bathroom and A/C smelled bad, like sewage . When we said that to the receptionist, he said that inspection will be made the following day (doesn’t really help, since you still need to sleep in a smelly room). 2. After 8pm not always there was someone at the reception. 3. Breakfast contained really “heavy” things like beef curry, shabu shabu etc. there weren’t many western style foods. 4. Room is really small. 5. Laundry machines doesnt work well, especially the dryer.
