Great location with amazing views
Staff of building were very rude (main lobby), there weren’t enough towels for the amount of people booked. There were also plenty of rules, would rather pay the same amount or more to stay in a hotel or more established residence apartment.

Beautiful high floor with top notch appliances and spacious living room and bedrooms. Check in process was a bit confusing as the direction was not clear, thankfully our korean-speaking friend helped us out. Location is right on the beach and minute walk to it. Great restaurants around the area. Some of the amenities were restricted to us.
check in process could have been better, and we'd appreciate if amenities were accessible to us.

the location was perfect. it had incredible views. it was clean and spacious.
It was difficult to contact front desk service. we asked for towels but they never came. The property had a gym but it was not accessible to us. I’ve never had an experience where the gym is not available for guests. It was only for “elite” status.

We had booked a junior suite with ocean view, which had two bedrooms (one double, ensuite and one single with a bathroom next door). It was practically a very big apartment with all needed facilities, very clean and a really great view at the sea. It does not have much personality in terms of decoration (think of it as service/corporate apartment) but it was very functional, few minutes walk from the beach and the blueline park. We had a car and it was also great that we could park at the garage for free. The staff was responsive through the booking app. Overall, we would stay there again and thought that it offered very good value for money.
As others have said, finding the reception is not straight-forward (it's not at the entrance of the building) and it would have been helpful to send instructions in advance on how to reach the reception.

The apartment size is very goof and large. Perfect for families. It is full facilities available. Except no laundry powder. Clean, spacious and beautiful views.
The front desk upon entry is NOT the front desk for short stay guests. At arrival the front desk immediately seen is only for residence. the staff at the residence front desk is Unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate. We came with a huge family with total 3 bookings and many children. Yet there was no compassion, kindness or consideration or direction or help to assist us to find the Manager responsible for short stay guests. Suggest having someone present at the residence reception whenever there are bookings. The staff at the residence front desk are the worst, rude, and terribly bad customer service with POOR English.

House keeping only once for our week stay!
Only ONE towel given for our family of 4 in a 3 bedroom unit! And there's no way to call housekeeping! Had to call, which is troublesome if u don't have a local SIM.
There's no front desk to assist u in anything u need. We found out only at check out, theres a very small counter in dodgy B1.

Spacious rooms, use of bidet and view from the room.
No English instruction on use of bifold doors in rooms, not enough bath towels in the room had to ring for me. Considering the room was booked for 5 guests and only 1 bath towel was provided. The checking in process.

The view is excellent, location is good, next to Bluesky park and beach walk. The unit is big with washer and dryer.
It's an apartment building, we don't have access to gym. There is no regular cleaning service, but we don't really need that since we only stayed for 3 nights.

The water did not get hot enough in the shower and spa tub.

I liked the view and that we were on a high floor. The appartment was also very spacious.
Too little dishes and it was kinda difficult that there was only one person that could speak English.

We stayed here twice and loved it. Both times we had excellent customer service, beautiful and fully-stocked apartments, and breathtaking views of the sea. Perfect for families and a great value when compared to the expensive and small hotel rooms in Busan. Parking is very simple and secure. Restaurants everywhere, CU and 7-11, and the coastal train is almost right outside the main entrance.
There is no direct exit door to the beach/boardwalk side; instead, you have to walk all the way around the building. Nothing terrible, just takes a little more time.
