Staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were massive and clean. The setting, surrounded by forest and wildlife was lovely. We spotted a sloth + it's baby, poison dart frogs and numerous birds. Breakfast was very nice 👍🙂
The room really needed a chest of drawers, shelving and a drying rail as there was only one wardrobe with just a few hangers and one small shelf. We pack light, but as a family of 4 there was nowhere near enough room to unpack. We had to live out of our suitcases and slide them open under the beds - not ideal. A drying rack would have been great to air swimwear and beach towels.

The food was good and the cleanliness overall was very good. For the price, it is a good place to stay since it has a very good location.
The pool was extremely cold and had a lot of chlorine, the bath towels were very cheap that you could barely dry yourself and the products in the bathroom were of a poor quality. The staff in the hotel was almost screaming all the time, it didn't feel like a peaceful place.

1 night without water, there wasn’t coffee maker, too little refrigerator.

The location was good. Near a grocery store & main road. Nice pool & breakfast setting surrounded by interesting flora & fauna. Breakfast menu was good and the staff were nice- although no one spoke English.
The one English speaking staff member , Jose, was very helpful when around. He had good suggestions.
Laundry services available but could be cheaper. A/C although not needed worked well.
Towels need an upgrade.
Many upgrades are needed. It seems neglected. It definitely has potential.
Our room ceiling leaked!
There should be a designated reception area & personnel. Shower temperature was inconsistent.
Seating other than beds in bedrooms would be helpful.
