Spacious living room. Well appointed shower room. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Airy balcony.
Little to no storage space for clothes. Lack of light for reading at night.

The location is excellent. The apartment is modern and in good condition. The property is close to scenic canals for enjoyable walks or boat trips, and the lively restaurants on the canal. The coffee pods and pod machine was a welcome surprise.
We battled to get heavy suitcases up the steep stairway to apartment D, but we realise this is the style in which many Dutch apartments have been built. Due to a heatewave in June 2026, the apartment was hot during the day even with the windows open, but when I opened the skylight using the long pole, the hot air could escape and the apartment was much cooler.

Great position on the canal.
Feels a bit tired and in need of a bit of paint. Also found some maintenance issues. Communication with staff is also a bit of an issue unless you have phone access.

The view out the window was immaculate and everything you could want.
The location was wonderful as well. Very easy to walk into the city.
The apartment didnt have any oils or seasoning spices for cooking
No broom
The pillows on the bed are clearly for couches and not a bed. The pillows were immensely uncomfortable and i would recommend new ones.
You are paying for the view and location more than the apartment itself.
