We used this property for our annual Marine Corps veterans Thanksgiving. This property was perfect to accommodate 4 families. The location was great as we were not far from attractions and amenities. The horse shoe pit, shuffleboard and kids room kept the children entertained. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook and prepare food for our big group as well. Overall everyone was well pleased and we will look to book again next time we are out this way.

This house couldn’t be any better.
Very spacious open floor plan. The rooms are spacious as well. The entire family loved everything about this house. From the décor to the games to the location. Going with a large group; this is definitely the place for you!

We truly always enjoy bringing our family to this VRBO! We have loved the communication, the space is unreal and we have a large family! Everything was clean, stoked and cool!

The house is large enough to accommodate our party ( 10 adults and 6 kids, 13+ ) Everything was as described in the listing. Single level, all 4 bedrooms having attached bath are the highlights of the house. The central living room with open kitchen made interacting and socializing very convenient.
Issues:
Hot water: For such a large house, hot water was not enough ; we ran out of hot water within 3 showers. Definitely something needs to be looked into.
Beds: only 14 actual beds; we had to use a sofa bed and a air mattress for the 15th and 16th. while this was not a problem ( some kids actually enjoyed the air mattress ). an actual bed would have been better.
Backyard: The backyard dining table had bird droppings. It made us not to venture into backyard at all.
Suggested Improvements:
Also, a more developed backyard would be more entertaining.

Great stocked house w/ great location.
The house was very clean and organized. The lay out was great. It had everything you could think of. Loved how it had so many bathrooms and nice big showers.

We had a great stay. Lots of room for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had the proper equipment to cook for my large crowd. Loved the property.

This home is amazing & beautiful inside and out. Comfortable including the futon, spacious & cute details! Would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay! Close to everything! We were a crowd of 10 and fit comfortably!

Wonderful weekend
A great home for one or more families, very comfortable and laid out well. Just a short drive to lake Mohave. Plenty of parking for a boat or trailer. Major grocery story and Laughlin close by. Accessibility to the owner is amazing, responding to texts is almost instantaneous. Would highly recommend this home for a comfortable fun stay.

Perfect family rental with 4 Master suites!
My family and I enjoyed our stay here, place was very neat and clean, layout of the house was perfect, decor was on point. I have rented other places but to have 4/5 rooms with there own private bathrooms was certainly a bonus. We all had our privacy which was great, would very much love to rent this place again. It was by far the best rental I’ve stayed in.

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY & EXPERIENCE!
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is one of the nicest rentals we have ever experienced. The owner was SUPER responsive prior to our arrival and during our stay when we had a question. The en suite bathrooms in three of the bedrooms and the two sets of bunks is a huge plus for multi-families and everything was very clean and in order for our arrival. We will be staying at this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

GREAT Vacation House!
VERY clean and stocked with just about everything you'd need! It was also nice to have four master suites with their own bathrooms. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking in the area. Close to casinos or Katherine's Landing, but we also enjoyed the horseshoe pits, bbq and plenty of options on the tv! 5 stars all the way :)

Beautiful & Great for large groups
House is amazing! Gorgeous! We felt right at home with all the comforts of home! Decor was beautiful. Super layout for large groups! Everyone was comfortable and had ample room. We come to the lake often and this is my number one choice and will definitely book again, if available. Joshua answered all my questions in a quick and timely manner. Great host! Looking forward to next visit.

Great Vacation Home for the River, Lakes, and Lauglin Ave. NV
We really enjoyed our stay, The home was close to facilities and very clean. We had plenty of room and space. Host were great. I highly reccomend this home if you are visiting Lake Mojave, Colorado River, or Laughlin.
