Stanza Molto pulita e Bella. Posizione ottima direttamenre alla stazione Metro per raggiungere il Centro (mezzora). Bottiglia di Acqua in frigo come accoglienza. Tappi per orecchie in omaggio
Senza aria condizionata (fuori cerano 34 Gradi). Abbiamo aperto le finestre di notte Ma non ha rinfrescato e la Mattina si sente il rumore Dalla strada. Ma in altre stagioni il problema non Si pone e torneremmo.

Location is excellent. Garching is an ideal place to stay for tracking into Munich and also for the Allianz Arena. Really nice facilities around the accommodation: supermarket underneath, restaurants, bakeries etc.
The property itself is fine. Clean, accessible, decent size
Bathroom is small and as others have mentioned, the shower set up is crazy: no curtain, no barrier….water spews out into the main bathroom floor and soaks that area, even if you try to angle the shower head away towards the wall.

Fresh smell of the bulding and the room. Comfortable bed and fully equiped kitchen. Very comfortable location, right next to the U-Bahn without noise. Easy access without worries about losing keys etc.

The room was clean on arrival. We had a "do not disturb" sign on the door and cleaner opened the door without knocking and apologised. The room was basic but comfortable. I would stay here again. It is a beautiful area with lots of restaurants. No fault to the building but it was too hot and noisy from the shop.
Unfortunately we arrived in the heatwave and the only way to get a few hours sleep was to open the balcony doors. We were above the shop who stocked up at a ridiculous time of the morning and only managed 3 hours sleep on the first night due to the noise of moving goods and staff talking loudly.
