Great Location & Exceptional Customer Service! I had a pleasant stay overall, and the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. However, one employee truly stood out and deserves special recognition—Mr. Carl! Kudos to him! Mr. Carl was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He listened to my concerns, addressed my needs, and apologized for any inconvenience, all while keeping a warm smile on his face. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a real difference in my stay. To make things even more memorable, I accidentally left some very important documents behind, and Mr. Carl came to my rescue! He immediately reached out to management/Andrea to help me understand my options and worked to make sure my concerns were addressed. Mr. Carl, thank you for going above and beyond! Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I am truly grateful for your assistance and the care you showed me. Employees like you are what make guests feel valued and appreciated. Forever grateful!! Kudos, Mr. Carl! You are definitely an asset to the hotel!

There were several things in the room that were disappointing, including no extra trash can liners, no shower soap in the dispenser, a coffee machine and toaster that were not initially usable, and a long strand of hair on my washcloth. I went to the front desk and showed pictures of the items that were not clean and requested additional linens, trash can liners, and a sheet to cover the soiled chairs. The agent who checked me in was very pleasant and she sincerely apologized, which I appreciated. My husband is a coffee drinker and decided to clean the coffee machine himself, so thankfully, he’s fine! Overall, I appreciate the staff’s willingness to help and wanted to share these concerns so they can be addressed for future guests.

I was in town for my son's wedding; I had two rooms. Me and my family was beyond satisfied with the employees, the property, and amenities. From the time we walked in the building until the time we left, we were everything was 100%. We have found a new place to stay when we visit Houston.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Friendly and welcoming. Great customer service. The room was really clean.

The rooms halfway were really hot and the carpets in the room and the halfway looked really stained and dirty. It’s a nice hotel but that doesn’t look good.

The staff were very friendly, cooperative and considerate.

The heavy stains on the sofa, ottoman, and floor. The glasses were said to be cleaned but looked dirty. The toilet had a leak and our sheets were dirty. It was said it was stained by bleach, but…. I’ve never seen bleach leave stains on white sheets like that. It looked like dried bodily fluids. Yet, what it looks like, and what it was said to be… who knows. We were given a different room. I appreciated that.
