Love the separate mud room as there was much snow when we visited. Great to keep shoes and coats in while keeping the room clean. Apartment was very clean as well, and check-in was super smooth and I loved the location for my family. Would book again for sure. However the reason for 4 stars was more for the property and not the room. Our room was on the first floor sharing a window that was the entire size of a wall with the parking lot and it was noisy every time someone came into the building. Secondly I could not get one of the clothes dryers to work. It may have been user error on my part since it was all in a language I’m unfamiliar with, however the second dryer worked fine.

In country for a family wedding. Quiet neighborhood and very clean and comfortable accommodations. Great value and as a frequent visitor, I would highly recommend it.

The layout of the apartment is one of its strengths. It is a studio, but a wall separates the kitchen/bath area from the bed area. Parking was convenient, as were grocery stores. It is a fair distance from downtown Reykjavik, and having a car means we didn't have to investigate public transportation availability. The trash bins in the entry way were a bit off-putting, and the lighting, especially in the bathroom, could have done with a few more lumens. But overall it was a welcoming space.
