Nicely decorated, well appointed and clean. The unit is at the back of the building facing the perking lot but it is nevertheless quite quiet. We were delighted with the greenery we saw from the balcony.
The washer is not in the unit, rather unhandy, but it is free.
My only - not that significant - complaint is with the linen package we rented. The tea towels were worn & linty. The bedding was too heavy for summer (flannel sheet in August?!).
Overall it is an exceptionally pleasant apartment.
