Lots of room, very clean, lovely gardens. You can tell the owner takes time to maintain it
Air conditioning not very affective, 2 nights the villa didn't go below 30c with fans and air conditioning on which made it very difficult to sleep. The pool is great but has vents on the bottom that are open which resulted in all of us hitting our toes at times which is very painful.

Six of us stayed here, including three children, and we had a fantastic holiday. The villa was immaculate and exceptionally well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was excellent, providing a welcome escape from the heat and making it easy to sleep at night.
The swimming pool was amazing and our children were in it every day during our week-long stay. The villa is located away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm, but the centre is only a 10-minute taxi ride away (€10–15), making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds.
Doris and her team go above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. They provide helpful information about the villa, along with thoughtful essentials such as washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and sponges. We also appreciated the lovely welcome treats, including two bottles of wine and some olives.
We had a wonderful family holiday and were genuinely sad to leave. If you book this villa, it will exceed your expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
