A spacious 3 bed villa, air conditioned bedrooms very welcoming, a fresh clean smell greeted us as we entered property,very spacious throughout, as a family of 4 we had so much room , we could have easily fitted another 2 or 3 people. Our host alfedo was very welcoming and introduced himself as we arrived and was on hand to answer any questions I had promptly. It was very nice to see a bottle of water, fruit juice, yoghurt, milk in fridge after our long journey. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dishwasher was a godsend. A cheese grater and oven gloves could be very helpful but other than that no complaints. The pool was our absolute favourite and perfect for our children of 7 and 11 and an outside toilet was very convenient for frequent toilet trips! Pool and garden beautifully maintained and property feels safe and secure and in a quiet area, less than 5 mins to supermarkets and little shops and 15 minutes walk to main strip of puerto del carmen. Not ideal if you have mobilty issues but a short taxi ride will take you to the beach if you wish. Some very nice restaurants in the older part of puerto del carmen and quaint little shops. We would definitely return one day. Thank you again.

The tv didn’t offer any of the usual selection of subscription channels just the bog standard. This meant I couldn’t watch any of the World Cup games!

Great location, villa was spotless, Alfredo allowed us to checkin early and a late checkout. Pool was a great size, lidl just around the corner was a bonus. A few minutes walk to old town, with superb restaurants. A welcome pack was much appreciated. Beds very comfortable., cannot fault anything. 💯

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Roferos. It was everything we were looking for and more for a quiet, relaxing family holiday. The host was so welcoming and friendly. We loved that he lived in the villa next door as it gave us comfort if there were any issues that he wasn’t far. We didn’t have any issues at all. The villa was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, plenty towels and bedding etc. The pool area was immaculate and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a little welcome basket on arrival which was very appreciated after a late night flight. We were 10-15 minutes walk from the main beach and old town, with a small supermarket at bottom of the street and a large Lidl a 5 minute walk around the corner. All in we would give the property 10/10 and we would definitely in the future. Perfect holiday for us!
