Our apartment can hold 4 adults. The beds are all king-size bed. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and well but does not become a sofa bed.
I suggest our apartment for families (I also left some games from my daughter ... that you can use.
We have also iron and a cloth wash mashine, hairdryer, a toaster, american and italian coffee mashine, dishwasher, safety box, bed linen and towels included.
What is unique about our apartment:
it feels just like home, it is our nest that we created with care and it is on the top of a hill surrounded and protected by the vegetation and far from the chaos but yet close to everything. (beach, 7-eleven shops, fresh fruit vendors, massage-shops, bars, restaurants, gasoline station, markets..)

The only prohibition, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment.
Treated our 'nest' as if it were your home, with love. We have taken care of the house as best as possible. Please do the same.
The apartment is fully available to our customers, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, restaurant, protected at night by the guard at the entrance of the complex.

For every reservation we will ask you a deposit found which will be refound after control of the management at the check-out.
For monthly reservation we charge extra the use of electricity 8 THB /KW which will be deducted from the deposit amount at the check-out.
For weekly reservation will not be charge extra of electricity and we including also one cleaning service per week.
Cleaning service for long term stay with change of linen if you desire is to pay extra to the manager Mr. Scott.
Rent for Long term stay: miminum 6 month THB 55.000/monthly
Rent for 12 month: THB 42.000/monthly
Deposit fee: three month ahead which will be refound before leaving.
